Hi Sisses! Plano namin kumuha ng rent to own dito sa Cambridge Village,i need your insights po sana..3 br ang balak namin kunin dahil incase magka baby ng isa pa,may space pa rin kami.sa ngayon nag rent kami dito sa East Raya pasig pero pinapa alis na kami  kasi dito titira yung parents ni owner,sobrang mahal ng unit dito,aabot ng 18-20k bare unit with parking at dues,pwede na ipanghulog sa rent to own yun..nag backread naman ako,magkahalo kasi feedbacks,pero okay ba talaga dito?pag tag ulan bumabaha ba?sa Ortigas nag work si hubby,hindi ba malayo?may nabasa rin ako na may nasaksak raw sa mismong loob ng unit,bigla tuloy ako natakot..okay ba security dito?ano po ba tingin niyo okay naman ba dito?ito pala yung link nung nabasa kong news about dun sa nasaksak year 2011 pa naman pero alarming pa rin kasi diba..

Hi mga sis! Medyo complicated.  :-\We are having second thoughts sa pagcontinue sa pagbayad sa unit namin sa CV. Cluster 37 pa yung samin, which is di pa siya nagagawa. Unfortunately 2016 pa, ang hassle lang! Saan naman kami mag-sstay for 3 years dba? Ngayon we're paying sa down payment which is 6,750 monthly. Nakapangalan sa ate ng hubby ko pero we are to arrange the papers about that na. Nagsend ng letter ang EE about contract signing. Natatakot kami na walang makuhang title or kahit deed of absolute sale sa amin. Nabobother kami sa mga blogs about CV scam. Any advice, sisters? 

hi sissies! same of how i feel i am currently paying the 0% DP for 1 year na, and cluster 37 din ako, now i am having 2nd thoughts kung dapat ko ba ituloy ito dahil sa mga scams, i am afraid sa mangyayari in the end, as what i've read, dami na naka file na kaso sa EE regarding of not giving/issuing the titles..please tell me what to do..##confused##

where can I find units for rent po dito, other than sulit.com.ph? pag nagpunta po ba ako dun mismo may mage-entertain sakin or kailangan may kausap na talaga ako? How much po ang price range ng loft type? Kung may kilala po kayong nagpapa rent mga sis, pa refer naman sakin, I'm really interested in moving here kasi sa ortigas na yung job ko TIA!

check na lang kayo sa sulit.
baka kasi di kayo papasukin kung wala kayong pupuntahan na tenant.
I dont think may alam kasi ang admin sa mga for rent na unit dun e.
although meron mga ads sa clubhouse.

we've visited the place, we're now planning to get a loft type unit.. mukha nman maganda n [textspeak!] lugar, sana [textspeak!] [textspeak!] hnd namin pagsisihan..at sna by now, ay maayos na [textspeak!] mga nabasa kong issue sa contract/title..

any tip kung ano ano ang dapat naming bantayan once nag start n kaming magbayad?
bukod sa due/penalty na nababasa ko...

I am not a resident nor an owner in Cambridge but I am very familiar with the place. It's infront of Manggahan Floordway..

I guess, check also the pending cases against Empire East. Ako din kasi mukang OK naman yung place sakin, price and I don't mind the location because I don't commute naman as long as yung parking ko hindi aabutin ng tubig why not. But to sum the amount that we will be taking out of our own pocket/pay checks after 5, 10 r 15 years, million pa din sila. So we need to make sure that we are appropriating our hard-earned money to something that is worth a million bucks. IMHO

Baka may interested na bumili ng condo namin dito? Preselling palang sya, and willing kami na 12months to pay ang naibabayad namin na as of March 7, 2014 nasa 170K. Kami na sagot sa transfer of ownership worth 25K. 50sqm Flat type, 2br and 1 bath yun then 8K+ lang ang MA niya. PM niyo ko sisses for more details.

was able to pay 240k for a loft type unit in cluster 26 last 2009. turnover was scheduled that 2010 as per the agent. this agent resigned after a month of us signing the contract.

backread and saw that cluster 26 was just completed last 2013. glad that we discontinued the payment and hindi na namin hinabol yun pwede makuha. grabe ang hassle na namin with empire east. wala silang kwentang kausap lalo na sa office nila sa buendia. take note, hindi lang cambridge ang nagkaron ng problem with papers, pati ibang projects nila. i had a friend who paid full last 2011 and have not yet received the title until now. he is living in pioneer woodlands.

make sure to check all the projects just to give you an idea on where you are investing your hard earned money. check how they manage the buildings. some of them are just 3 years old but grabe na ang itsura.

note that empire east is notoriously known to just use the money from the buyers for the project. meaning, hindi matatapos yun project kung wala bibili. check the one in pasong tamo, edsa. it was offered as preselling last 2009. until now hindi pa rin tapos.

free parking kung sa gilid gilid ipark. pero un may parking slot na designated either rent or owned un parking slot na un.
