May nakapagtry na ba sa Gold's Gym sa Waltermart North Edsa? Any feedback? Yun kasi pinakamalapit samin eh.

it used to be big pero liit nga ngayon. na-turn off ako. ended up getting a 12mo sub at FF the block -- and it's getting bigger pa

^ home lang ako so 2,690/ month. 2890 kung passport.

i paid cash upfront so i had to shell out 2690 x 12 months + 1990 for the bodyfirst (required for cash) no more joining fee. got one free month sub pa because i paid in full.

all in all i paid 34k++ for a 13 month sub.

Can anyone recommend a good gym in makati (Legaspi Village side) that's open til past 10pm? Sana nga may 24hr gym. I work late hours kasi & madalas akong nasisiraduhan. Used to workout at FF pero hanggang 10pm lang sila.

may pre-selling rate ang Gold's Gym Marikina, 192 visits for 12,600 good for 13 months. kakakuha ko lang last week.
pwede siya gamitin sa kahit saang branch, however limited lang visits sa franchise branches like Centris, Glorietta and Chinatown

where/what branch? Gold's Gym Galleria

for how long? since Jan.

what type of classes/services you avail from the gym? free weights area lang and the occasional threadmill

how's your gym experiences so far? so far so good, consistent ako nakakapunta unlike sa mga previous gym ko tapos hindi ako pinapakealaman ng trainers which I appreciate a

after going in and out of a lot of gyms since 2001 na usually nasasayang lang ang membership, I can tell you that the best gym is not the cheapest, fanciest, most expensive and not
even the nearest to your house. but the one where you can go to train consistently. your gym membership is only as good
as the number of times you go to there to break a sweat. :)

I go to Fitness First The Block :)

I just started last month and took the 5months contract. ang mahal kasi gn 12mos eh di naman gaon kalakihan ang sahod :(

anyway, the place is okay. maaliwalas, malakas ang aircon, what I hate lang is its too crowded every fridays kasi pwede magsama ng friend per member, & also, some of the machines e kulang na sa langis.

also there's one time, ive noticed un isang tv don nagHang na sa mukha ni sir chief, i went there afternoon, pagkatingin ko si sir chief parin, naisip ko, e anong oras na? bat ikaw parin ang anjan? so di ko pinansin thinking maayos din the following day, the next day, andun parin siya! naka-hang parin mukha nya dun, so i told my consultant, parang sira ata un isang TV nyo, naghang na kay sir chief kahapon pa? ang sabi ba naman sakin, please fill out a "hey manager" for para mapaayos.

eclipse's a good choice especially if you want to build strength and tone your body (for girls).
Coaches are very helpful and won't pester you to avail their services for personal trainer as Eclipse's
in-house program is sufficient already for almost everyone's needs

I'm with Curves. \m/,
All-women gym. Machines and program designed for women. Budget-friendly. Tutok ang mga coaches whether old-timer ka or newbie. Walang special treatment or PT issues (sounds familiar, haha).
