^Fitness First metro east is ok naman. We had an annual membership din jan ng hubby ko but we didnt renew anymore. Just before our membership expired though, nagkaron sila ng issue with guests of members kase may mga ilan instances na nanakawan sa loob ng locker room and sa may personal training area. When they reviewed the CCTV, apparently, non-member yung kumuha so they couldnt trace anymore

Really sis? Naku, i have to watch out pala. So far, onting cash lang naman dali namin ni hubby. At ang nag-iisang gadget namin is yung tig-isa naming phone.

I hope after that incident wala inimprove na nila yung security nila.

^^hi sis twelvth_goddess.. may I know paano napasukan ang locker? Hindi ba nakapadlock or with keyhole yun locker nila? today, will be my 3rd time to attend their class (but at another branch) and I am also concerned with the security of my belongings kc I go there solo and I leave keys/some cash/phone/driver's license and other stuffs for changing.. I'm not a member, I go there to avail of the gift card so I was given a card (shaped like a credit card) with a hole..the lockers I can use are the ones with a key attached to it.. for the locker to lock, the card with the hole should be inserted to slot found inside or at the backside of the locker door. sometimes I wonder if that feature is secured enough to ward off thieves

may aircon gym po ba kayong alam dito sa Cubao Area? yung hindi po sana pricey at female friendly.

^^I'm not sure kung pano yung sa locker room eh. Pero if you notice naman, some of the lockers have faulty locks na din or mahirap isara ng maayos.

Shapestream Gym, it's here sa New Manila, the buidling is along E.Rodriguez, but their entrance is at the back sa 13th street. They have an FB page, check out the other classes they offer, they have Zumba too. There kasi, they offer group TRX Classes, sa Gold's kasi, I'm a member, TRX is one-on-one and offered as a package so it's mahal. I'm from Timog and I don't really see anyone availing of this unless it's the trial lang.

Hi mga sis! Does anybody knows a gym near lrt 1 station? My place is at tayuman. Since plano ko maggym after office and my way home is mrt-lrt i want to go sana dun sa medyo malapit na lang. And if someone senyo wants to have a gym buddy and is near the place pm po kayo hihi. Thank you sisses

try circuit 360. they have branches in makati, ortigas, and qc

gym membership is inclusive of classes na like body balance, zumba, etc.

^ if you can work out alone, there are a lot of bodyweight exercises that you can do - no need for any equipment. check out the nerd fitness blog.

Last 2 weeks nag-start ako mag gym after work.. buti na lang dito lang sa office, may sariling gym.. i do alot of cardio (treadmill, stationary bike, skip rope) kasi nagbabawas ako ng timbang.. and mabawasan din ang fats.. nagkakabilbil na kasi ako..
