Naku July pa pala yung question mo.. sana ma-answer na tayo.. sa totoo lang, natatagalan din nga ako madagdagan yun posts ko kasi minsan (especially nung bago pako) gusto ko lang magbasa ng mga discussions dito.. gusto ko na magstart ng topic

^Sis, I don't think the mods can do that kasi dapat seller ang mag-start ng topic/ad. Patience lang sis, aabot ka din sa post count to be able to post a topic

This is being fixed by the tech team and all members who are circumventing the rules shall be sanctioned accordingly once the glitch is remedied.

Question :

    Are "thank you" and "you are welcome" messages considered board clutter? Pansin ko kasi madaming nagpopost ng ganun, and feeling ko parang good as attendance posts lang din sya since it doesnt really add up to the value of the discussion. Though yeah, maganda lang coz members get to express their appreciation sa mga taong sumasagot sa tanong nila, but then, sana siguro it would be better if they say something more that adds value rather than just posting thank you then may sasagot na welcome, minsan babalik pa ulit by replying with a smiley. 

     Another thing, posting links to personal selling sites in the Signature is bawal, right? Madami din ako nakikita na ganun, even reported some of them, before kasi, moderators edit those, kaya nagkakaron ng alert na <Signature Removed by Admin. Advertising in signatures is prohibited>, kaso ngayon, parang pwede rin naman pala since yung mga nareport ko  na ganun few weeks back, yun padin yung mga signature nila. Not sure though if they got warnings thru PMs, coz if they did, baka i-modify nila yung signatures nila.

      Isa pa pala, Whats the max number of ads that a person can place per category in the Marketplace? I see a lot (mostly newbies) who post one ad per item, or minsan merong isang seller 7 ads na sunod-sunod ang nakapost, parang masyado namang nakaka-spam nung board, nakakatamad na tuloy magbrowse or magpost. Minsan yung mga maayos pa na ads yung mabilis ma-lock, pero yung mga nagsspam, antagal na pero nandun padin sa board. This is just me ha, pero siguro it would be better if members can delete their ad on the marketplace too, it would prolly save the moderators time in clearing the marketplace from ads na wala nang laman because sold na yung item. Sana rin pagbawalan yung mga Looking For posts, madami din times na I noticed yung items na hinahanap nila, meron dun sa mga existing ads, parang masyadong nangtotolerate sa iba na tamad magbrowse.

Apologies for the nobela post, compressed nalang some of my concerns para isahan nalang. ^_^ Thanks to whoevers gonna answer my questions.

sis pasagot narin, if you check your profile everyday, bumababa yung percentage level. the system will automatically lift the restrictions habang bumababa yung level na yan, but we have to wait. the price we have to pay for being pasaway. LOL! lets be more careful nalang next time para walang mahanap na butas ang iba. Meow.

^ as far as i know, pwede ka naman na magstart ng new topic, kaso dahil moderated ka din, you would have to wait for the approval ng moderators before mapublish yung thread na gagawin mo.

i need to ask something out of confusion,,to all the mods out there please don't take it against me, gusto ko lang talaga maexplain sakin 'to.

it goes like this...
correct me if i'm wrong but i think the idea of being moderated is that before my reply is posted it has to go through the mods approval first, right? but is it just like that? you just approved it and there it is allowed to be posted already..you don't read/review its content at all?

why did i come up to this question, because of my experience a few days ago.
you can see that i have this "moderated" status under my name that's why i still have to wait for my reply to be posted.
i was reading a certain thread a few days ago and i replied to that thread then after a day or two i again received a warning saying that a PM Callout is prohibited. I wouldn't deny i did call for a pm that's why i have no complaints with regards to the warning message.

my complain is........why, at any reason, did the moderator still allowed my reply to be posted given that it is already containing message that violated a certain rule.

is it out of your duty to read and examine the replies that is passing in your hand?

i just want to know..i'm hoping for a clarification.. thanks and sorry for a long message.

^ then prolly your warning isnt for a message you posted since nagkaron ka na ng moderated sign dyan, baka the warning you got was for a message you posted prior to the warning status na naibigay sayo.

they actually read and review messages, if they think theres something wrong with what you posted, nagsesend naman sila ng PM for you to rephrase it.

^yup sis nagsend naman sila sakin ng warning message... ang akin lang moderated na nga ako ( 54% that time ) so dapat di na pinalampas yung message na yun ayan tuloy nawarningan na naman ako .. di naman ako nanadya na magpost ng something that violates the rule, nagkataon lang na di ko sya alam..my fault naman..i just don't want to believe that they just rely on RTM kaya i'm asking this.

IMHO possible din siguro magka-error sila or may maoverlook sila pag nagrereview ng posts, di ko nga maimagine gano kadaming posts ang kailangan nila ireview for approval eh. I dunno, pero siguro kung meron naman talagang violation, I dont think its right na magcomplain pa tayo kung bakit naipost muna before ka nasendan ng warning ulit, kasi siguro naoverlook din nila that specific message. I dunno ha but thats just me.

May times din kasi na yung warning na narereceive natin are from past violations pa, na hindi nagawan kaagad ng action kaya minsan may surge ng warnings na marereceive.

kung sa parerely sa RTMs, if you review sa ibang threads, napaguusapan yung insufficient na number ng moderators ngayon, so its safe to say they mostly rely on RTMs talaga for them to be able to check posts with possible violations, which I think wala namang masama, since tedious din masyado kung babasahin nila isa isa yung mga threads to screen for posts with violations. kung mas madami siguro ang mods, possible yun, kaso since kulang sila, medyo hindi pa feasible siguro yun sa ngayon.
