Clear Balance yung treatment ko. If mabait skin mo, the derma, Miss Kazumi herself, told me na kahit 3 treatments, magiging ok na skin mo. Lucky for me, 2 treatments pa lang, cleared na breakouts ko, yung marks na lang talaga naiwan. So tomorrow, ibang treatment na i aavail ko, for erasing those pimple marks na lang.

Walang medicine na ni recommend saken, just the soap, spot treatment gel (if may mag pop na pimple) and yung whitening cream lang for the pimple marks. As per the cream, I can say it is super effective, 2 weeks ko pa lang ginagamit and yung maliliit na previous marks ko halos hindi na visible, light na color. then ang mejo dark na lang talaga yung mga marks ng cystic acne ko, mga 9 pieces sa jawline. Kabwisit. I miss my face nung mga December to March, nag start ako mag breakout nung April eh, nung super hot and humid weather natin.

Hindi na ko masyado bumibili ng mga commcercial products ngayon. halos from derma na din gamit ko mas safe.

Recently bought Benzoyl Peroxide to use as spot treatment for my pimples. Sobrang bilis niya makatuyo, I'm impressed. Relatively cheap also. Mukhang magiging HG product ko na 'to.

^ The lesser you put on your face, the better. And of course facial so take out the pimples and pus.

I'm using Banzagel ($6) and Dove. I use rosehip oil as moisturizer pag nasa bahay lang ako. Nakakatanggal ng scar yung rosehip oil pero hindi agad agad.

Twice or once a week din ako naglalagay ng clay mask (Amazon - $20) na parang binabanat ang muka ko. Kung may relatives kayo abroad magpabili na lang kayo.

Nasubukan ko na ang derma, pills, antibiotic etc. pero walang pangmatagalan na solusyon. Masakit na sa skin pati sa bulsa.

And of course, importante sa lahat ang diet. Avoid fatty foods, junk foods etc. Make a diary of what you eat na ngcause ng breakout. It takes time pero worth it naman.

I highly suggest going to a derma before trying out any products.  based on experience, I tried this Korean cream suggested by a friend and it made my acne worst. 

Lol, pinagalitan tuloy ako ni derma cause we were just making progress and I made it worst.

ako naman, I?m using the actives from cosrx and it?s very effective para mag heal yung pimples faster and to prevent scarring. I don?t have to go to a derma for pimple injections anymore.

But  i dont do the 10 steps also. And when it comes to serums and essences, dito ako less adventurous kasi i think those are the things that cause pimples and rashes..

A few months ago i started just washing my face every night, sometimes double cleanse pag sinipag, serum and moisturizer pag naalala ko mga 2-3x a week the most.

What i noticed is my skin looked better. It is softer, tighter, no acne, no pores, pati fine lines ko nawala. Sunscreen lang ako every morning and pressed powder.

My conclusion is masama talaga yung lagi at madaming pinapahid sa face. I am in my late 30's and people would always say i look 23 or 24. Minsan 28 daw. Yun na yung oldest age na hula nila.

Regarding acne i let it heal on it's own and mas mabilis nag heal nung wala ako ginagawa. Then pag nagka pimple marks i let it be. I don't treat it and nag fade on it's own mas mabilis din. Wala ako pinapahid. It just feels great to know these things kasi very freeing siya and malaking katipiran din. Marketing strategy lang siya ng mga companies so they can get money from us.

TRUE!  Our skin is not the same with everyone and I learned it the hard way. My Derma at Skin House was kind enough but firm to make sure that I stick with the prescribed treatments and products now. Sayang kasi yung progress namin.  We were about to target the acne marks na dapat but boom because of that cream na trigger yung acne ko ulit. I think it was from Missha, their anti-aging line.

Super lumala pimple ko this year. Same products naman ginagamit ko bago pa lumala so I visited Luminisce clinic in Podium. Staff are really well mannered and mababait sila. Hindi ako nakapag consult kay Dra. Kaycee the owner, kasi shes not around. So dun ako sa isa nilang dermatologist. Okay naman, ngayon okay narin yung face ko. They adviced me to take isotretinoin and contraceptive pills since hormonal acne rin sa face ko and para maregular yung mens ko.

Ang downside lang for me, i come in full make up since di ko kaya lumabas ng walang make up pa. So the doctors see me in make up, before the treatment. Swear, never pa nila nakita yung bare face ko. Ang nakakakita lang yung attendant nila na nag gagawa ng procedure sakin. I mean, pano nila malalaman yung itsura ng face ko di ba without checking? I also wanted doc kaycee to see my case pero parang hindi niya na hahandle lahat ng cases. Mas okay pa ata sa aivee clinic na si doc aivee talaga ang checheck?

PERo so far okay naman yung results sakin. Although dry skin ko dahil sa isotret yung pimples ko naman nawala na. I visit them regularly every 2 weeks for facials. Medyo pricey talaga

Ako nagsimula ang battle ko sa acne nung nagsama kami ng bf ko this august lang. Lagi nalang sa may chin area kakainis. Same lang naman gamit ko na toothpaste dati pa.

Di naman severe acne ko, inis lang ako kase dati naman wala.

That's so sad to hear. Speaking of Aivee, I tried going for a derma consult kaso ang mahal pag si doc aivee and then my  waiting list pa. So I ended up looking for other clinic na malapit. I went pala sa BGC branch nila.  Ewan ko is it just me pero ang init sa clinic nila. Haha

Luckily on the same day I inquired sa Skin House if there derma is available sa pioneer branch nila and I was able to get a slot. When I went there ang rami rin clients ni Doc Lovelyn Daet pero super accommodating naman nila and they offered free tea.

For my case she suggested to apply clindamycin and erithromycin. Tska facial acne advance facial every 2 weeks meron siya kasama gylcolic peel and led light. Medyo umuookay narin acne ko after  nung incident na nag flair up siya yung gumamit ako ng anti aging cream from missha.

Kaya mga sis wag basta basta gumamit ng products kung acne prone ka

i went to luminisce too. si doc kaycee naman ang tumingin sakin kasi she's there. i like their facial in a way na hindi ka haggard look after ma facial. kaso lang ayaw ko [textspeak!] staff lang nila ang nag pprick sa akin. usually kasi kapag ganun hndi na hands on un derma. Si dra. Rosario Gatmyatan kasi g Caraderme very hands on sya talaga nag pprick sa face ko. tamad lang ako i maintain un  mga meds nya and visit her every 2 weeks kaya nag bbreak out ako. totoo kasi ata na pag nagpa derma ka na once, derma ka na forever.
