^ Ano ba yang ice na yan lagi ko nakakalimutan, haha! In fairness ok nga talaga sya I tried mga twice eh, bilis magclose ng pores and calm ng bumps. Nakaka fresh.

Bumalik ako sa Body Shop Tea Tree Oil, ganda talaga sya sakin. Di ko nagustuhan yung Cosrx pimple patch, selective eh hehe, may times na nagwork, merong hinde. Kailangan may pus na bago nya maheal, unlike yung Tea Tree Oil, maski nasa ilalim palang nagagamot na nya, may times na di na tumutuloy since may anti bacterial and anti inflammatory properties sya.

Kamusta kaya Mario Badescu na spot treatment, yung pink? Ang mahal eh, nasa 20 $, sulit kaya?

I love Gothamista (Youtuber), can't believe nag suffer sya sa cystic acne. Ganda ng skin nya ngayon.  Im learning a lot from her. No. 1 na is to NEVER OVER CLEANSE. My goodness, sakit ko to for the longest time, I remove my make up with Micellar water, tapos 2 cleanser pa gamit ko, noon nga 3 pa. OA! Tapos may toner pa ako after. We should respect our skin, as much as possible, no touching and tagging talaga.

Im happy I ditched the usual scrubs/exfoliators with beads, masama pala talaga yun, it enlarges the pores lalo, and causes a lot of friction which we do not want. Chemical peels, are way gentler and better.

^Ok talaga yung Tea tree oil yung spot conceal kasi bilis din mag dry kaya lang it leave marks on my skin kaya i stopped using it na. Talaga ba sis about scrub with beads? Naaliw pa naman ako gumamit nito kasi ang smooth ng face after.

Guilty din ko sa over cleansing.Lol micellar water, facial wash, toner and all. 🙈 kaya kapag sa house lang ako the whole day i only wash my face once lang kasi parang ang heavy sa face kapag madami nilalagay .

^yes Sis, super against sa beads exfoliant mga skincare gurus, and they strongly suggest chemical peels. Kasi it enlarges the pores, and causes unnecessary friction sa skin, mas nakaka spread daw ng bacteria, and mas natutulak pababa yung dirt. As much as possible daw touch it like you're touching a baby, using our pinky and ring finger, with very limited pressure. Naalala ko how addicted I am sa St. Ives na Scrub. Halos araw arawin ko, tapos over cleansing, nakiuso pa sa papaya bar soap trend, tapos toner ko pa with alcohol tapos kung makakuskos ako ng Eskinol, wagas! No wonder my skin reacted so badly when I move here, sobrang taas ng PH level ng water dito. Que horror! 

Any recommendation for a good oil make up cleanser aside from Banila Co. Clean it Zero?

Sis balutin mo yung ice sa kahit na anong cloth basta malinis ah. Then chaka mo ilagay sa face mo, circular motion. Ngayon kapag tinutubuan ako ng pimples hindi ko na piniprick, ice nalang then after two days dry na sha. Same tyo acne marks nalang problem ko pero carrybells lang, kasi mas madaling i-conceal yun kaysa sa pimples na naka bump sa face. Lol

nakakatanggal ba ng pimple marks ang tbs tea tree oil? gusto ko sana
bumili ng bio oil pero mabagal daw makatanggal ng marks so i?m looking for an alternative.. maganda din kasi effect sa akin ng tbs tea tree toner pero hesitant ako sa oil..

I almost forgot about bio oil, I used it without any expectations gusto ko lang ng added moisture sana and nadala lang din noon sa hype, I guess, but to my surprise maski yung acne scars na medyo malalim, nabawasan nya hinde lang acne marks.

Heto ako ngayon balik isotretinoin.
I hope mabilis mag clear face ko.

@Rory, meron akong Mario Badescu na drying lotion but seems like hindi hiyang ang skin ko.. i've tried to use it several times na but hindi effective sa akin. nanghihinayang kasi ako dahil mahal kaya tinatry ko pa rin gamitin pag nagkaroon ako ng pimple..

BN Acne set - my cousin used this before and i could say na talaga naman nag clear up yung face nya from stubborn pimps and malaman na acne. Tapos tinigilan na nya kasi medyo pricey. Then,  Recently nagbalik loob sya cause ayan dumagsa nanaman ang tigyawat dahil sa pollution, make up, stress and hormonesna rin siguro.

I tried using the acne toner, bn soap and yung acne cream. Nakaka 3 days na ko. Super promising ang effect. I have these skin colored bumps on my cheeks na ayaw mawala wala. Today nalessen na sya plus may glow pa yung skin ko. Itutuloy tuloy ko lang and btw, natuyo na yung pimps ng cousin ko hindi na sila maga. We?ll continue using this update ko kayo after a week.

jareivy Aw ganon, ang mahal nga kaya hesitant din ako, tapos di naman super miracle spot treatment.

I stopped using The Ordinary products because my skin reacted to it and by that I meant it worked and "purged" which is fine, it only means the chemicals are helping my skin get rid of all the dirt under and its helping them to reach the surface para magheal later on kaya lang I need to have clear skin in a matter of 3 weeks dahil uuwe ako for my vacation, also I made a mistake of using them altogether at the same time, instead of introducing them one by one slowlyyyy (1 product every 3 weeks).

I have hormonal acne btw, it comes and goes, natitrigger ng poor diet/lifestyle, puyat, stress and skincare products na matatapang. I guess naoverwhelm din talaga skin ko lately, Ive been tryong a lot of products ng sabay sabay, so Im healing now and calm na uli, I just let it breathe, balik sa essentials, I also avoid over washing (which is the root cause of my skin issues since I have dry skin) and skin base make up.

I gotta say, in general ok ang Korean products, it may not work like magic, pero its potent enough to help your skin and keep your acne at bay, without irritating it matagal nga lang ang result since they are mostly mild and use herbal/botanical ingredients. Patience is a virtue hehe. 

I have added these products in my quest to lighten my acne marks now, Im fortunate na hinde ako nag a-acne scarring, but the dark spots after the pimple heals are pretty annoying. I dont have severe acne, kaya lang amputi ko sa konting redness and marks kita talaga. Lalo na I try to avoid wearing base make ups recently.

Because of my pregnancy, I can't use almost anything(that's in my stash) on my breakouts! Suggestion naman mga sis ano safe gamitin ng preggy para di masyado marami pimples ko. TIA!

^pag prego ka pede naman mga topical creams. Safe yun kasi external application naman. Try mo yun ice na sinasabi ng sisses natin. Then moisturizers at toners. Minsan din kasi kahit anong gamitin mo wa epek sa pregnancy zits.. Hormonal surge yan eh.. in my experience naman di ako nagkakapimples pag buntis ako. At makapal ang hair. Yun nga lang maitim ang kilikile hehe. 😄
Sa ngayon moisturizer from miniso ang maintenance ko. Saka yun johnson's na lasting hydration lotion.
Pag nagkamali ako makakain ng nuts kahit sunflower seeds, nako ayun may umuusbong. Epektib yun Mia care na pimple patch to drain out agad yun pus. Then moisturizer agad overnight matuyo na sya.

You can consult a derma for your hormonal acne. There are certain anti-acne ingredients (like salycilic) which are not safe to use during pregnancy. However, I agree if it?s hormonal, there is hardly you can do about it. You can wait when your hormones normalized. Either way, if it?s severe, you need to go to a dermatologist.

^welcome sis. Always keep your face clean and moisturized to avoid further infections. Saka iwas sa fatty at oily foods.

Marami ka pa maeencounter sis like yung mga warts. Super itchy yun pero tolerable naman at mawawala din pag nanganak ka na. Pero kung karga naman sa health card mo, ipasunog mo na lang. Medyo masakit din na procedure. ☺

My current regimen that helps my skin?s improvement:
Celeteque brightening facial wash with niacinamide
Cosrx snail mucin essence
Cosrx aha liquid once a week
Lactezin 2x a day

Effective talaga especially lactezin. I didn?t believe at first pero nag improve talaga facial skin ko, chin and forehead area di na tinubuan ng pimples. Pimple marks nalang and I have yet to find something for pimple marks.

4. Alba Botanica Acnedote astringent- ito ang gamit ko since namamahalan ako sa Obagi set nakakatamad rin gamitin ang dami kasi. Effective itong Acnedote nabili ko sa healthy options

I have an on and off relationship with acne. They will cleared up for a while and back again with a vengeance, in full force pa minsan. Nakakainis na nakakaiyak. Last year, I managed to cleared my worst break out but then last quarter of the year, bigla na lang nagsibalikan, tried to treat it with my previous routine but they won't work anymore. Set an appointment with a derma, did some extractions, drain those angry bumps and prescribed me tret and glycolic cream and some meds for inflammation. Nakailang balik din ako. Kaso it made my skin more irritated, angry and inflamed.

Frustrated, i tossed those meds and overhaul my routine. Keep it simple and less, focus more on hydrating my skin rather than introducing actives. Turns out, I wrecked my moisture barrier, kaya my acne won't budge to treatment. It takes months din for my skin to recuperate, i still got some congestion but its clearing up nicely and my skin is no longer irritated nor inflammed.

Here's my simple routine :
AM
Himalaya purifying gel cleanser (its cheap and easy to restock, very gentle, no SLS)
Hada labo gokujyun light lotion (its actually a toner, japanese tend to named their toners as lotion)
Hada labo gokujyun premium lotion
Benton aloe propolis gel cream
Biore UV face milk
Make up

PM
Himalaya purifying gel cleanser (double cleanse with these if with make up)
Wash off face mask (leave for 5-10mins) from a local organic brand Krave
Pat to dry then wipe with Stridex red (leave for 30mins, every other night)
Melano cc essence (no stridex nights, leave it for 20mins or til it absorbs)
Hada labo light lotion
Hada labo premium
Benton aloe gel cream
Spot treat (Krave herb perfecting cream)

may naka try na ba ng Cosrx Centella Blemish Cream? gusto ko sana try kasi mataas rating niya and sabi sa reviews hindi drying. Iwas na kasi ako sa drying products kasi concern ko na rin anti aging.
