^ sis, isang reason ng pimple sa jawline. chin area is toothpaste. Did you recently change your toothpaste brand? Tsaka pwedeng stress din yan.

I'm still taking Althea and hindi rin ako nag-gain ng weight kahit pa ang lakas ko kumain.

Natutunan ko noon teenager ko ha, yung Talaga naman kasumpa sumpa ang face , better direcho na sa derma. Honestly, maganda ng magpa alaga sa derma kesa ano ano ilagay OR magpa facial clinic na di naman derma. Kung siguro ngpa derma ako early on, hanggang HS lang yun pimple ko at di na umabot ng college.
My derma prescribed to me a combination of oral (doxycycline) and facial treatment (cetaphil, erythromycin based toner, and erythromycin spot treatment, and may pinpahid na starts with C I forgot na).. Ok face ko within 8 weeks... Then netong a year or 2 ago, ngpa derma ako, kasi ngkaka pimples ako underneath na ayaw umangat, ayun, balik cetaphil and all over facial treatment (clinda and benzac-based).. Ok na within a month

^this is quite true. Nakapagpagaling talaga ng acne ko is my derma. Very gradual ang improvement ng skin. I did regular seasions for 6 straight months walang palya and talaga namang gumaling ako. But since hormonal ang acne ko, bumabalik talaga sya specially when im stressed out. But not as worse as before.

Hi Sisses, I've been a lurker here for years... Share ko lang rin ang acne experience ko.

Sa wakas I found my HG! Tofu and Snail Thai soaps. I use this soaps alternately. I bought it from resellers in IG and very cheap 65php. I can say na this are mild soaps and very different sa mga medicated acne soaps na we find usually sa drugstores.

I'm late 20's and half of my life I live with acne. Not cystic like taghiyawat na tinubuan ng face. Pero borderline-kung may ganon man. I have tried a lot of products na. I went to dermas na recommended din here from GT. I did get good results at times pero bumalik din sa dati.

So I'm so super happy na umokay na talaga. Pansin ng friends, family, and workmates na nagsubside na ang acnes pati mga bumps. Problema ko na lang ang scars and dark spots.

On going 3 months na ito so hopeful talaga ako na tuloy tuloy na. I did not change my diet. I still eat everything I want. I like fatty foods except junk foods and soft drinks. I drink caffeine a lot. I don't sleep well din. I aim 7-8 hours / day. But most days, 5-6 hours lang. So I am still on unhealthy lifestyle. So I am convinced, yung soap talaga ang nagpagaling sa acne ko.

I'm so happy kasi now kasama na sa skin rituals ko ang essence, serums, and moisturizers na dati ay big no-no sa acne skin.

Hi sis! sorry ngayon nalang ule nakapag-online. Busy with the holidays. hehe. Reseta ng derma ko sakin ito. Pero you can also buy this sa pharmacy without any prescription. Noreva yung brand nya. My derma gave me Noreva cleansing gel, Noreva Exfoliac (eto yung lotion na may AHA+Salicylic), and Noreva Zeniac LP (eto yung spot treatment na concentrated yung AHA+Salicylic). Natatawa ko the other day, pagkagising ko and pagtingin ko sa salamin, may isang pimple ako sa cheek. Nagulat ako na parang never ako nagka pimple my entire life. Then after a sec, natawa din ako sa sarili ko. Coz just a month ago, dedma ko sa dami ng pimples ko para lang wag ma-stress. Then ngayon, isang pimple lang, gulat na gulat na ko. LOL.

I started using PSCF Rejuvenating set last Dec.24, tapos as of today, Jan.4, ang laki na ng improvement ng skin ko. Sobrang dami kong cystic acne sa cheeks and sa forehead plus old acne marks before I used it. Ngayon ang laki na ng improvement ng skin ko. Meron na lang akong konting bumps sa cheeks, pero yung pimples ko lahat nag-dry up na. Medyo nag-fade na rin yung marks sa forehead ko. Ang dami kong na-try before this. Nag-take din ako ng Zinc Picolinate, pero PSCF rejuv set lang talaga naka-solve ng acne problem ko. Hoping tuloy-tuloy na to.

i mentioned before na nagsimula akong magkaroon ng acne last november (siguro dahil na rin sa lack of  sleep), nagkakaroon lang kasi ako ng acne dati pag malapit na yung period ko and usually 1-3 lang siya and nawawala din agad, nitong huli medyo nagworry na ko kasi ang dami talaga niya.

so una pumunta muna ko sa pharmacy and binigyan ako ng epiduo and bioderma, ok naman siya pero nagkakaroo pa din ako ng pimples
nitong bakasyon ko pumunta ko sa derm and they gave me their acne set and prescribed tetralysal, di ko muna tinake yung tetra that time kasi im also taking other antibiotic and according to my doctor tapusin ko muna yung antibiotic ko then saka ko na itake yung sa derma
yung acne set pala is for morning and night so pag tanghali ginagamit ko pa rin yung epiduo and bioderma (sayang kasi bili ko lol) and nag work naman siya medyo mabagal lang so dahil nainip na ko sa result, nag search ako sa net and i found out about  this aztec indian healing clay (i think sa pinas mabibili to sa healthy option shops), i mixed this with acv, lemon juice and a little water (matapang kasi amoy ng acv), been using it for a week now and nag dry talaga yung mga pimples ko and almost gone na. i would say na im very happy with the result. kelangan mo lang siya i wash out ng lukewarm water para matanggal yung clay, after nun nagwawash ako ng bodyshop tea tree facial wash, malamig kasi sa mukha and i like the smell.

ang problema ko na lang ngayon are the post acne hyperpigmentation, before dahil sa bahay lang ako because of my vacation di ko siya pinoblema masyado dahil di naman ako na eexpose sa araw pero ngayon dahil back to work ulet napansin ko na nagdarken talaga yung mga pimple marks kahit nag aaply ako ng sunblock and may spf din yung foundation ko, halata pa din siya. I don't use bb creams and concealer na pala since sabi ng derm di daw ako pwede sa kahit anong creams habang me pimples pa ako dahil magkakaroon ulet siya so sayang lang daw yung treatment na ginagawa ko,  even my sunblock is gel based btw, powder lang daw ang pwede so di siya natatakpan.

im using rexsol for the acne marks, kagabi ko lang siya ginamit and sana lang effective siya.

Going through a horrible adult acne phase right now (hello Great 28) so finally I bit the bullet and tried tretinoin (guided naman ako by my derma-friend, siya nagsabi sakin ng brands na bibilhin sa pharmacy and the regimen. I also read A LOT online).

I'm now in my 4th week and going through the purge stage + lots of peeling. Tiis tiis muna hahahuhu

Combination ng eskinol pimple-fighting facial wash and belo acne pro gel ang gamit ko. Ok naman, pero gusto ko sana yung makaka-prevent na din.

I was browsing my pics the previous years and nakakatawa ang babaw lang pala ng acne problem ko before compared to now.  As in paisa isa lang before tas sobrang oa ko na magreact na feel ko ang dami ko ng acne. Well now, SOBRANG DAMI NA TALAGA NILA. I have acne patches on both my cheeks and super red ng cheeks ko. Haaay bat ba ako nagkaganito.

I switched derma na and she's willing to prescribed me doxycycline. Pero sabi ko try ko muna yung topical regimen niya and asked for reviews muna for doxycycline.

May nakapag try na ba dito ng dox??? Kamusta?

^me. Tried tetracycline and doxycycline (both 14 days). Hindi tumalab on me. So derma prescribed me tetralysal (lymecycline). And nagokay naman ako. 14 days din.

^ Ang mahal nga lang ng Tetralysal, pero effective. Took it for 7 days straight, then every other day for another 7 days.

regarding doxy, based sa reviews, it will take a while bago siya mag work (months), and first maglalabasan yung acne mo then tsaka siya mawawala.

actually sabi sa kin kelangan ko siyang i take ng 3 months, but i only took it for 2 weeks and dahil mainipin ako tinigil ko siya lol, not sure if me effect siya since during that time im also using some topical products

if severe na yung acne and na try mo na yung tetracycline, doxy and tetralysal, among other products, i think kelangan mo ng humanap ng derm na nag pprescribe ng accutane, pero if pregnant or nagbabalak mag baby di advisable to.

if natural product i would recommend aztec natural healing clay, it works for me and it's not that pricey
