oh finally i think my regimen right now is working for me!!! no more acne for more that a week now, konting black heads nalang here and there pero sobrang nag-improve talaga skin ko. here are the products that i use:

safeguard derma sense
acnecure clarifying cleanser
acnecure acne antibiotic (clindamycin solution)
katialis
olay age protect

**in the morning if time permits, i pat the bag of my used green tea all over my face and let it sit for a while, bago ako maligo. nag ttea kasi ako every morning. i think it helps tighten my pores. and wala lang gusto ko yung feeling nakakarefresh hehe.

oh and i also use belo acnepro pimple fighting bar for my backne. and i think it's effective, yung isang acne ko sa likod natuyo within 3 days wala akong ibang ginamit eto lang. and yes avoid contact with your shampoo and conditioner sa skin when rinsing.

acne marks nalang problem ko. but for now mas nakafocus ako to stop these pesky pimples and black heads.

^^ maybe those are black heads? ganyan din kasi yung sakin. maliliit pero may mata, haha gross sorry. sabi ng friend ko na nagwork sa belo dati those are black heads na pag hindi na-prick nagiging acne talaga. and yun nga ang nangyayari sakin dati. kahit anong products ilagay ko nandun lang sha, need talaga matanggal yung pinaka-laman for it to heal. so frustrating.

anyways balitaan ko kayo after a few weeks pag talagang nag clear na skin ko.

^ just make sure you know how to pop it properly kasi if di sha naubos/ nalinis in one go, magrerecur or maiinfect. mas advisable talaga magpa-derma for that. pero ako din e pag di ko na matiis dati ako na mismo nagpprick lol luckily tinuruan din ako ng friend ko. ayun lang may marks lang talaga after.

Right I am on 7 day mupirocin cream for my cystic acne, sabi nang doctor baka follicullitis, so far effective naman at lumiit lahat nang cystic acne ko

I have cystic acne like some of us here. 

Before, when paisa isa lang ang pimples ko I use this regimen:
Likas Papaya (dries up the pimples fast and whitens the mark)
Olay (day and night - this one kahit walang pimples)

Pero now, ang dami ng pimples ko siguro dahil puyatan ako these days.  At dahil dyan, I need to go through treatment.  Gusto nga ng Facial Care every two weeks but I said no kasi parang pagaling palang yung mga prick wounds sa face ko tapos prick nila uli. They gave me a soap, toner and pimple dryer that I need to apply in between the treatment.

Parang lalong dadami ang pimples pag prick ng prick. Nung nag break out ako, hinayaan ko sila matuyo, then yung laman nya, nag dry up lang then magbakbak na lang eventually. Yung friend ko na hilig magpafacial, pag tinignan closely skin nya, may uka uka na.

^I was afraid of that too.  Pero eto lang pansin ko.

When I didn't go to any facial treatments for pimples, I had nodular ones growing. Nodular acne is worse than the cystic ones that I have now.  Bihira sila pero malaki and mas malalim and mas masakit (yung kahit di mo pa sya naaaninag sa salamin, alam mo na kasi may masakit sa part na yun).  And mas matagal siya before mawala kasi it needs to traverse more skin layers before it goes to the surface to pop. 

After going to treatments, smaller acne na lang meron (crossing my fingers na I won't have those nodular acne again).  For smaller pimples, there is a better chance na mas maliit ang scars nila once they pop or dry out. 

In my case (I don't know about the others), if we pop out a pimple (that means it's big enough to pop), a bigger scar is likely to form as it heals.  Pero if yung mga maliliit lang, it doesn't leave that big a scar.  So I think facials work for me.

^me too facial works for me.. kasi oily ako kaya mas prone talaga ako sa comedones at blackheads, pag hindi ako nagpafacial nagiging cystic din siya and mas matagal nga magheal.

^ako naman sis, sobrang dry ng skin I don't know which is worse, yours or mine   may times ang sakit ng face ko dahil ang dry whenever I forget putting on moisturizers.  Sa sobrang dry nya parang, mas makinis pa back of the hand ko kesa sa mukha ko

nag work lang sa akin proactiv. It took a while ( almost 3 months) before i saw improvement.But before that, i tried all the topical medications even oral meds  but to no avail. Ive been from one derma to another. Ang dami kong naging derma actually.

Sharing a tip I read:

Use warm water initially when washing the face so that whatever medicated soap we use will work even faster.  But we need to use cool water when rinsing.  Closes the pores as well as the outlet for our oil glands.

On Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide:  choose only one.  Using both will cause drying/irritation and peeling. (Which IMO, is good news kasi peeling will try to get rid of the scar... if the scar is not deep enough)

mga sis, i suggest to use ACV toner, its good in preventing and healing pimples, if may zit ako i use aspirin then leave it with a band-aid overnight. after 3 days its gone na. Nagkakapimples lang ako during monthly period. Sometimes i also use Differin gel as spot treatment sa pimples.

Ako naman problem ko is bacne. Ano kaya dapat gawin? Okay lang ba lagyan green peeling oil yung likod?

My face has no acne, pimples or anything, but I have this small bump near my nose na matigas, wala din pus or anything. basta matigas lang sya. and it's there for a long time na. I'm thinking na ipatanggal na sya. Feeling ko baka cyst or something pero super liit lang nya pero nakaka bother pa rin. Ito lang yung only dot sa mukha ko.
