oo nga pala sis, mukhang no choice ako ah kasi ang centris di pa pala bukas, kelangan ko na mag gym baka kasi hanggang may na lang ako, so malamang sa munoz na lang ako, anong mode of payment nila don? sis pa pm naman ng number nila,. mukhang magiging classmate pa tayo sa zumba..haha!

meron sis. 10 sessions 7,000. meet mo muna. no need to pay naman agad eh. tska di kayo directly magbabayad sa PT. sa golds kayo magbabayad.

I've been dying to ask the fees of GG, thank you at may nag provide dito , afford kahit papaano yung monthly fee nila, as for my part kailangan ko pang bumili nga gear ko . GGX is group exercise right?

I used to workout at Gold's Gym Timog. Super nice ng mga staffs dun and I feel at home sa locker. I wonder if Ate Ana and Ate Tess still works their. They manage the locker room so well. I suggest you attend the back to back workout class of Ms. Gemma every Saturday, Zumba and definition class are great workout combination. I hope yun pa din sched nila.

anyway, hope you can help me...i have here 8 gc's from gold's gym which we got from rustan's as part of our winning prizes but i can't use this since i'm based in Laguna....the nearest gold's gym i know is Alabang which is in some way far from us also....pls help where can i dispose these on a discounted price? thanks so much...very much appreciated

Dapat April, di pa naman tapos April, we'll wait and see as Gold's is a bit notorious for delayed openings. You can all join and do whatever you want with or without a trainer naman. If you're asked to meet a PT its just for assesment at no bayad ito. You get the 3 free sessions which I waived as I've been a gym rat for awhile na. But if your new to excercise, better to use the sessions.

There's group class called Definitions that use light weights for toning so you can fit that in. Bootcamp and Gold's Mix classes naman is light weights+cardio naman. Of course there's Zumba too, a fun class! Depends what branch you go to at iba2 ang classes/sked/instructor. My GGX cardio buddies just do mostly classes and use cardio machines lang. Me I lift weighst so I'm duking it out with the guys sa weights area too and do classes for my cardio.

Timog member here. Yes to all your q's sis. There's Zumba classes on Monday, Tues., Wed and Gemma's sa Sat nga, imo her's is the easiest class to do if you're new to Zumba or group class.
