Hi sis ava_camille! Noob din ako and I recently went to a branch in Intercon last week.Pagdating doon, you have the option to change in their locker rooms or be in sweats attire already (jogging pants / tshirts / running shoes will do). Regular tshirts lang ang gamit ko. Hindi na ako bumili ng mga dri-fit shirts. (siguro pag regular gym go-er na ako). I bought my jogging pants sa Landmark at less than Php 200 each. May mga naka-shorts din naman. I think the best is just whatever is comfortable for you. You also have to bring your own combination lock and your own towel.Yung towels they have it naman for rent for about Php 35 ata. You can bring your own water or sports drink pero they also sell it there.Yung mga sched ng group exercises, meron sila sa branch. You can just ask. They will probably give it to you on your first day (orientation kasi ang first day) They will also help you on which machine is for what muscle and how to use it properly). Hope this helps.
