Question mga sis, ask ko lang ok lang ba 2 check-in bags sa Jetstar? I haveflight with them his feb going to SG. Kaso di ko sure kung kelangan ba 1 bag lang ang check-in (i purchased 20kg limit) or pwede 2 bags combined?

mga sis share ko lang yung BIL ko na nasa SG now, nag pabili saken ng ticket using my CC nung december pa last year pa punta dito sa Manila.. so akala namen ok lang yung ganun, ngayon daw ang policy na ng JetStar, pag once nag purchase ng ticket via CC, pag nag check-in yung pasahero dapat andun den yung owner ng CC... pano yun andun siya sa SG ako andito sa Phil.. so tumawag ako sa office dito saten, and advice saken nung customer care, pumunta ako sa head office nila sa Legaspi Makati, bilhin ko ulit yung ticket (I hope same price pa den) na cash, then i-aawas na lang daw nila sa CC ko yung amount ng cash... pasaway talaga...

sana dun palang sa pag purchase ng ticket online indicate nila na pag hindi passenger yung mag pupurchase ng ticket or hindi kasama nung passenger  duon mismo sa place kung saan mag dedepart wag na gumamit ng CC kasi hindi den papaalisin

sis pinklilac ...yun nga den sis ang sinabi ko sa kanila.. hindi na daw pwedeng ganun sabi ng BIL ko, ganun na den daw ginagawa sa PAL, kailangan mismo yung CC Holder mag show up upon check-in, kasi yung isa niya kasamahan hindi pinaalis sa SG kasi yung CC holder na bumili ng ticket ng kasamahan niya nasa Pinas ren.. sa Friday ppunta ako sa head office nila dito to clear, kung ano na ba talaga ang pwede... hassle talaga, buti na lang kahit papaano nasa Cavite lang kame.. what more pa kaya kung nasa Mindanao...

^ sa kabilang banda may magandang reason din naman siguro sila. kase dami rin nakawan ng cc di ba.pero sana naka state agad sa website nila noong nag pay ka pa lang using your cc. para may choice ang cc holder kung tutuloy ang transaction or not.

Actually, there is a warning message at the payment page. I was also buying for a friend since the jetstar tickets were cheaper compared to other airlines at that time, but yun nga, good thing I read that part (almost skipped it). In the future, wish they would just follow other airlines that allows photocopies so less hassle (and more sales for them).

Requirement for credit card verification and proof of identification:

It is a condition of sale, check-in and boarding that the original, physical credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) must be presented by the credit card owner for verification at the airport, where the tickets purchased include travel between Singapore and Manila. Prior to check-in, the credit card owner must take the credit card used to purchase the tickets together with his / her government issue identification (such as a passport, identity card or driver’s license) to the Jetstar check-in counter at Singapore airport, or, for Manila airport, the Jetstar service desk or the MIASCOR office (11am-5pm) situated on level 4. This requirement applies irrespective of whether the credit card owner is or is not a part of the travelling party. If the credit card is not verified as required, the passengers whose tickets were purchased with that credit card may be denied check-in and boarding at Jetstar’s sole discretion. One verification is required for each return journey.

Does the Manila - Tokyo route of Jetstar go on sale?  Palaging Manila - Osaka ang naka sale na nakikita ko kasi.

We will go to sg next week and and i hope na hindi namin maranasan yung nakakahilong biyahe gaya ng iba. Buntis pa mandin ako at kasama pa namin toddler son ko.

Mga sis may mga tanong ako. Plan ko dito kumuha ng ticket for my parents. Strict ba sila sa hand carry na two items lang talaga? Bawal ba magdala ng pagkain o pasalubong na pagkain? Going to singapore sila.

Sis, super strict sila sa hand carry. Dapat 10kgs lang talaga if wala ka check-in. Pero dapat wala problem kung may dala ka food na pangpasalubong. Yung dati ko officemate nakipagtalo sa staff ng jetstar kasi pinagsama nila ang baggage nila sa isang nike gym bag, hala di daw pwede at pinilit na i-check in daw yun. Bale from SIN-MNL po yun.

may check in naman po kami. ang worry ko lang is yung hand carry. nakalagay kasi sa website nila for handcarry, 1 small luggage at 1 small item ( like purse, coat, umbrella, etc. ). e pano kung may dala ka, kunwari, box of donuts. bawal na ba yun? may sister kasi who's based in singapore, minsan nagpapadala ng na-mi-miss nya na pagkain. so baka mamya, magdala yung parents ko tapos hindi naman i-allow. dati kasi nagpadala sya ng cake, hindi naman pinagbawal sa cebupac. so curious lang ako sa jetstar.  first time namin i-try ang jetstar. eto kasi yung may cheapest rate sa pagpunta nila ng december. although one way lang naman kasi yung return nila, i got a piso fare from cebupac.  hindi ko kasi sure kung may promo pa ang cebupac ng december e kasi peak season na yun. 

yung 10 kilos nila na handcarry, dapat ba isang bag lang o pwede combination of 2 bags?

^ sad.... booked a ticket SG to HK for my sister a month ago.. now they e-mailed me na flight time changed from 6:30 am to 9:45 am.  e 4 hours ang travel time to HK from SG. my arrival naman from manila to hk is around 7:40 am.  so instead of meeting her before lunch sa airport, i have to wait for her arrival ng 2 pm! i called their hotline and checked if 6:30 flight was dissolved o baka na-bumped off lang ang sister ko due to overbooking. dissolved daw dahil konti lang ang passengers so they have to combined the two flights. hay.. parang wasted day tuloy ang arrival date namin sa hk.

You can try na mag-mock book ng ticket on your desired date and time and if they are still selling those tickets pwede mo i-argue yun sa kanila. I think they will not tell you na bumped off ang sister mo.
Sayang naman ang kasi ang oras.

I am also going to HK next week pero Cathay kinuha ko, ang mura kasi, i mean di sila gaano nagkakalayo ng prices from budget airlines.
