Feedback: O.B. Montessori toddlers-casa

Tuition fee for advaced casa at OB Greenhills branch is 88K plus. My daughter is at Advanced Casa now for SY 2012-2013

just want to ask, has anyone of you tried enrolling ur kid
in OB for toddlers?

how much does it cost?
and how much for Junior Casa and Advance Casa?

for toddlers, but unfortunately
fairview branch doesnt offer toddler class
and greenhills branch is way too far from here.

i dont know if they offer tiddlers class in las pinas branch
maybe you should try to inquire first online and ask
cause not all branches offers toddlers class.
their fairview class unfortnately doesnt offer tods class,
and they recommend greenhills branch.

Hi, I studied in OB Montessori Center Inc. Las Pinas Branch from gradeschool to Highschool.
I still remember back when i was ingradeschool, isa pa lang ang building ng mga casa and gradeschool so nakikita ko everyday ang mga casa students. Plus, half of my classmates started their preschool from other branches of OB like Sta. Ana and Greenhills. I must say, outstanding ang curriculum ng OB.
It's true that they teach Botany,Zoology in an early age. I also remember we have what they call CALLIGRAPHY files, all notes from class should be transferred (handwritten) using Maria Montessori's calligraphy writing. They also have Greek mythology, Agriculture and Home arts, and sobrang unique pa na subjects. Sa agriculture enjoy ang gradeschool kasi may mga class na we have to learn how to plant and crop, may part pa na magkakatay ng buhay na chicken. hahaha. well it's all for educational purposes.  They use diff kinds of materials inside the classroom for visual/education purposes. grade 4 ako nagstart sa OB, so nag adjust ako sa curriculum nila kasi mejo iba, so yung mga classmates ko naman na from casa nag OB na, mas master nila yung maria montessori curriculum. Naisip ko nga, sana tinayo yung branch ng Las pinas ng mas maaga para nakapag start ako ng casa dun. Loyalty awardee pa sana ako pag graduate ng gradeschool at highschool, extra medal din hahaha.
So mga sis, posistive ang feed back ko sa OB montessori, Las pinas branch lang natry ko, pero lagi kami nagpupunta sa Greenhills which is the main branch pag may mga school acquaintance party, big interbranch activities, baccalaureate mass, CAT Training, and graduation. It's a bit expensive, I heard 80 thousand plus na ang TF ng casa. nung grade 4 ako mga 1998 ata yun, 60 k lang ang TF ng gradeschool. So nagmamahal nga sila kung ang casa palang ngayon eh 80 k na, pano pa kaya ang grschool at hs. Quality Education naman [textspeak!] so worth it

great feedback here! i'm also thinking of sending our 4 yr old daughter to OB las pinas. my concern is that our house is in better living, quite a long travel, i think. are there moms here from better living / sun valley / moonwalk who sends her child to OB las pinas? also, is there any available school service for better living to OB las pinas? i'm also considering montessori de manila, but same concerns...

Hi mga sis,  I'm so lucky sending my kids in OB Montessori (Pagsasarili) Ito ang  mura nang OB Montessori INC. Same lang ang turo nila dito binawasan lang nila nang materials. The tuition fee is so affordable nasa 17K lang ang isang taon.

Questions lang sa ob kasi nag aaral daughter ko and first time lang namin. Malapit na kasi pasko need bang bigayan ng gift yung mga teachers o bawal? Kasi yung last school ng daughter ko parang obligado kang mag bigay ng gift kasi nireremind pa ng teacher sa bata

West Crame po sis itong OB Montessori Pagsasarili.  Hindi naman inoobliga nang teacher sa OB na magdala ng gift para teacher. Ngayon lang ako nakarinig na teacher humihingi ng gift sa students nila.

Oo  sis sa other school nung anak ko sa d.tuazon q.c pinapaalala pa yung gift nila wala pa daw narinig mismo nung isang mother na andun.

I registered my daughter for the 1week free trial.  I hope everything will turn out well.

Just as an update For Junior Advanced Casa, tuition fees are:

Annual/Cash basis - P80,150
Semi-Annual - P44,600 upon enrollment, then P39,350.00
Quartertly P25,420 and P20,170 to be paid on Aug, Oct, Jan.

My daughter just turned 4 last January so she'll be 4.5 lang this June 2013-2014 school year.  I hope she can qualify for the Advanced Casa program instead of the Junior Advanced Casa since based on her pre-school's assessment, she has a very good grasp of the basics already.

Sis sasha16, how was your daughter assessed that she qualified for the JAC?  Parang almost the same age sila ng daughter ko when your daughter started JAC last year, in fact my daughter is older by 2 months.

I am also considering Manresa, but their reservation started Sept 2012 and the enrollment will start May 2012, with requirements completed by April 2013 dapat.

According to my classmate yun niece daw nya nag start sa OBMCI Fairview, grade 1 na daw yun niece nya ngayon pero hindi pa din marunong magbasa.  Although yun sister ko from grade 3 dun na siya, grade 6 na siya ngayon and okay naman. Maganda ang curriculum and activities nila. Pinag-iisipan ko din enroll baby ko sa OB Fairview next year, 3 na siya by then.

how bout sa school sis, pwede ba pumasok ang parent/guardian sa school? Medyo worry kasi ako, 1st time magaaral ng baby ko.
