I'm appealing to fellow guys in GT.

Please stop carrying your girlfriends/wife's purse. Grocery and shopping bags are fine. I'm talking about the shoulder and handbags they always bring around.

2. there are countless better ways to be sweet
3. it doesn't make you look more masculine since its only 2-3 pounds
4. It looks ridiculous.
5. You may be mistaken to be gay
6. It is beta male behavior (in contrast to Alpha male behavior)
7. Women who like this gesture actually just like seeing you lose your balls to them

haha funny! just last weekend nasa trinoma kami ni BF yung nasa harap namin na mag bf bibit ng guy yung shoulder bag ng girl. my God! long strap shoulder bag ito and it seems as if it's just one wallet at cp lang ang kasya!
Grabe i mean, i won't put my bf to that shame. kakahiya naman un. ako i never let him carry my bag. kahit bigat na bigat na ako (if nilagyan ko ng pinamili, say lotions, etc) naku never!

haha!! very common to sa mga students i believe. Feeling siguro ng guy super sweet ng ganong gesture, kilig naman si girl kasi bf doesn't mind looking stupid...for her.
I only let my partner carry my bag when i get tired and the bag is heavy, and that sould be on our way to the parking na ha, and that only happens pag nagmall kami.

I  only have  1  good  reason  why  bf should  not carry  ladies  bag.  becoz  its part  of  her   fashion fit  to what she wear,   which is why  women blend style of her bag to  w/ shoe or dress etc.

was in rockwell na other day, nakakatawa yung isang girl talagang naka fall/winter attire siya ah (since maulan ngayon) with knee high boots and a big bag syempre yung bf niya nagbubuhat. then there's this couple na parehong naka black outfit but the bf wears shiny black shoes bagay naman sa kanya yung shiny black clutch ni girlfriend. i guess kung ipapabuhat mo yung bag/clutch kay boyfriend dapat bagay din sa attire niya diba??? hahaha!

my hubby never likes to carry my bag. unless un bag for out of town trips ha as in big bags pero kung shoulder bag lang naku pag nagpapahelp nga ako minsan sakanya e nagagalit pa siya. pangit daw kasi e d naman daw niya bag un. pero when we're out with our baby and i'm the one carrying her, he's the one holding my bag and the nappy bag. sabi niya if i have reason for him to carry it ok lang pero kung wala no way daw hehe

my bf doesnt want to carry my shoulder bag, panget daw tignan, pero kapag may bitbit ako sya ang nagdadala, minsan pinapabuhat ko s kanya kpag sobrang bigat ng bag ko.

my boyfriend used to insist on carrying my purse or handbag/tote all the time. i was the one to tell him he shouldn't, though. ang pangit kaya tignan

well sure sometimes i let him carry it, when it's really heavy or it's a flap-type w/o zippers (im snatch paranoid) or pag tingin ko he'd feel weak or worthless if i decline. but he should PUT IT INSIDE HIS BAG  otherwise, nooo wayy!

pero pag mga kadate o kaibigan kong lalake ayoko talaga.. basta hanggang kaya kong buhatin ako magbubuhat..tsaka lang ako papatulong pag marami ako bitbit..

Haha Can't agree more.  It's stupid for a guy to carry a girl's bag and for a girl to expect the guy to carry her bag.  Please lang.  You brought it, you carry it.  Ano yung guy, yaya?

minsan tinitignan ko yung guys na nagdadala ng ladies bags... either nagpapaka gentleman, or... gustong gusto nilang maging girl. napapansin ko rin ito. Ang pangit tignan..parang inaalila nila bf's nila.. minsan pink feathery bag pa or purse..tapos yung bf mala bouncer yung katawan sa laki.. EWWW!!
