if September pa sila mag-open for booking, we plan to get married February or March and sobrang simple lang. sa small chapel and I do not need lots of suppliers. concern ko lang is yung venue/resto and yung priest. that simple. guest less than 50 persons. if february or march ang plan namin na month, kelan namin kelangan asikasuhin ang mga requirements ng church? like yung mga cenomar, baptismal cert, etc?

^hmm pinasa namin yung church requirements as early as october kahit december pa ang kasal namin. sa AP kasi manggagaling yung endorsement letter, canonical interview paper, etc. almost 2 months before the wedding date.

pag nagrequest ka ng cenomar, 1 week bago yun makuha. tapos ang documents dapat valid pa sa date ng wedding. some of these documents have 4-6 months validity. so pinaka-ok siguro kung 3 months before the wedding nyo kumpletuhin yung documents para pag available na yung church papers puro pasa na lang ang gagawin nyo, minimal processing na lang.

are you also looking for a venue for 50 pax lang? pinakamalapit dun The Palladium Clubhouse (Jocelyn/Margie: 533-3048), yung poolside kung di pa nagtataas ng price is at P12,000 plus P8,000 security deposit.
Another venue is at Happy Nest (Marivic Ablay - 5313501) in Merryland Subdivision, Brgy. Namayan, Mandaluyong at P6,000 pero 2012 rate pa din ito.
Yung Endramada pwede mo din i-consider pero madami kasi extra charges like sa electricity, food carts, mobile bar, etc.
Nagtingin din kame sa Malayan Plaza Hotel kasi P7,500/3hrs lang yung poolside nila pero meron din function hall at mas mura. (Ms.Monnette - 6379684)
Malapit lang sa Mandaluyong City Hall, The Green One Events Place (Annie: 535-7637/531-0828) ang alam ko may food ng kasama so parang free na yung venue.
Near P.Cruz Street naman yun Villa Virginia Party Place in New Zaniga Street, PhP 6,000.00, roofed outdoor/PhP 8,000.00, aircon
Yung pinag-stayan namin during hotel preps may function hall din. Shaw Residenza (Ms.Nena Corleto: 725-8640 / 725-8659) at P3,000/5hrs. Katapat lang ng Puregold Shaw ito.

Sis sweet_chic, before lunch ako nagpunta dun. September 15 date namin and it's a Monday so di ako sobrang kinakabahan. Nadepress lang kala ko kasi mabook ko na.
Naghahanap na din ako ng alternatives just in case na malapit sa reception venue namin sa LOL. Kayo sis saan reception niyo?

Sis j.adoreactually wala pa kong reception kasi hinihintay ko talaga na makapagpabook    Parang di ko na nga na-absorb yung ibang sinabi ni Bro. alexis dahil nakakadepress talaga, at first time pa daw nga na nangayari ito. So ngayon hanap ulit ako ng church.

Sis sweet_chic, aantayin ko na lang yung January 2014 na latest maconfirm ni Brother Alexis kung go na go na yung renovation. By then, may 9 months pa ako para mag Plan B or C. Habang may pag-asa na makabook, I'll wait pero yung mga ibang suppliers itutuloy ko na ang pagbook. Gusto ko kasi may natatapos lalo na yung mga major suppliers.

gusto ko ding hintayin kaso parang di ako maka-move on hangga't wala pa kong narereserve na church.      di kasi ako makapagdecide sa caterer and venue hangga't walang church. pero let's see baka by jan. 2014 eh wala pa kong mahanap na church na gusto ko.

hello ladies, nakapagbook na rin kame last sept 2, kame ata yung unang una kase 8am kame hehe. may concern lang ako sa music, maybe you guys can clarify and help on alternative, para kaseng required nila na maglive. Ang plano kase namin is just to set up sounds and just play our chosen songs from a playlist during the ceremony.  And ibig bang sabihin ni Bro A na live e yung mga hymn for the mass? Di kase ako prepared na maghanap ng choir/pianist and additional expense pa yun.
