Tokyo and Osaka Shopping

^^we bought Tokyo banana from stalls at the train stations pero meron din sa Tokyo Skytree Town if you'll tour the area.

Nag enjoy kami sa pag shop ng:
- Uniqlo (mostly undies/bra and pants binili namin)
- Hada Labo products kasi nasa refill pack siya and sobrang mura
- Shiseido products specially Anessa sunblock
- Tsubaki products because it's in a refill pack like hada labo

We were in search for Voltes V na toy pero failed. Pasalubong sana for our 5yr old son.

^it's like light banana chiffon cake with banana creme in the middle. masarap sya! pero one time I was able to buy a chocolate version. parang choco-banana sya same shape pero chocolate yun chiffon and same banana creme inside. sobrang mas masarap! pero one time lang and though i kept looking for it sa next stopovers ko, i never saw it again! after nun parang hindi na ako masyado excited sa plain tokyo banana. haha.

^I prefer the choco banana din! Mas gusto ko siya over their classic tokyo banana flavor. Baka siguro kasi hindi din ako fan ng banana flavor on bread/cake etc. Mas gusto ko kasi na banana as a fruit lang I can't remember if they sell this flavor sa mga MRT stations sa Tokyo. Nakita ko itong choco flavor sa Skytree.

Yup, you need a visa. But you need to use an accredited travel agency to apply. The list of accredited travel agencies are posted in the Japan Embassy website.

For trendy (if you don’t mind burning holes in your pocket) girly-glam style, Shibuya109 in Tokyo, and its Kansai counterpart in Shinsaibashi-OPA, Osaka ... OMG LOVE You will really gouge your eyes out, if not from the racks, from the doll-like mannequin-gorgeous shop assistants! For cheap makeup and skincare, any of the Don Quixote (or Donki for short) branches all over Japan. If you’re in Tokyo, the prices at their Shinjuku branch seem to be a tad cheaper and their staff are more gaijin (foreigner) friendly

Just got back. Marami na pala flavors ng tokyo banana now. May banana, strawberry banana, caramel, and choco. Yung choco was not the choco I was talking about before. This time yung filling ang choco and not the chiffon. hindi ko na naman nahanap yung choco lang. Hindi ko type yung new choco banana. As for where to find them, the Tokyo Skytree branch is the only one selling choco in Tokyo daw. Exclusive sa kanila. I found Tokyo banana in several other places, too - train stations, malls. Pero safest bet, sa airport before going home talaga.

If you're not looking for branded like department store make up, don quixote is a great place to find cheap cosmetics (and snacks and pasalubong). For the trendier younger, semi-branded makeup you need to go to harajuku talaga.
