Tokyo and Osaka Shopping

Ano yung mga good buys sa Japan aside from Shu Uemura and Shiseido makeup. Calling sis Biyach and our other gt sisses based in Japan .

hi sis! when i went there last january to february, here are the stuff i bought:

1.  electronic stuff from akihabara (check lang the voltage requirements kase 110 sa japan and 220 here in phils. you might need a converter).

2.  apple products are several thousand pesos cheaper in apple ginza than here in manila. i bought my macbook from there.

3.  tokyo banana, royce' chocolates, and mochi. the best mochi is from mochi cream in shibuya.

4. authentic kimono from a second-hand kimono shop in asakusa. i can't remember exactly where it is, we just stumbled upon it.

5.  when i went there, zara and h&m were having major discounts.

6.  muji and uniqlo practically everywhere.

this is unrelated but shopping in shibuya, ginza and harajuku is one of my BIGGEST dreams. next to living and staying in Japan of course.

I haven't been to Osaka. I love Tokyo! I love shopping in Shibuya, Harajuku and Ueno. I can only afford branded stuff when Im in Japan. H&M and Forever21 are <3

Aside from Royce and Meiji, may mga mura pa ba na food items na nabibili sa mga grocery stores doon? TIA

hi girls! for sure beauty prods ang okay na bilhin dito sa Japan.. They have lots of products kasi na available lang within Japan.. Uni Qlo would be another option.. Gadgets as well from Akihabara.. They have lots of preowned na okay pa because japanese usually mahilig sa bagong labas na gadgets, so kahit bago pa yung previous edition, they get the latest na and dispose cheaply the old one..

Visit also San Rio shops for authentic HK of course, meron sa mga Takashimaya Department Stores.

For Chocolates, my bets are Meiji, Bourbon, Lotte, Morinaga.. pero the best pa rin ang Meiji..

Also another must try is the HIROTA cream puffs... usually sa loob ng mga malalaking train stations meron yun.. super sarap!!! try it.. and its cheap lang.. 315 yen for 4pcs ata yun..

ladies, i need help! i'm headed to Tokyo soon and first on my list is H&M. can someone give me directions how to get to H&M in Shibuya? like what station should i get off (assuming Yamanote line) - di kasi ako sure kung sa Harajuko or sa Shibuya dapat... how far is the walk? should i even walk or take a bus...?

This is going to be my new favorite thread. Heading to Japan in November. Any suggestions on must visit baking and crafts shops? Will definitely visit those 100 yen shops and Tokyu Hands.

^I really enjoy shopping in Tokyo and Osaka. My must buys:

-hair color by freshlight or palty(you would definitely see the difference of the quality compared to US brands)
-make ups (chacott, canmake and cezanne are my favs)
-japanese fashion mags like vivi, popteen, jelly, and cutie
-food (tokyo banana, kitkat with flavors like green tea, royal milk tea, ginger ale, etc., muscat flavored gummies, and takoyaki flavored chips)
-burberry blue label and garcia marquez bags
-hard bound, mirror luggages (cheaper than rimowa)
-unique outerwear from shibuya 109 stores like cecil mcbee
-sanrio stuff (vivitix is exclusive in japan)

I've been to japan twice pero I can't seem to remember the names of the shops and streets that we have been to   Talk about old age.  Usually we buy clothes na unique sa shops lang sa side street nila, i forgot the name pero maraming tao dun so it must be a popular place, sa osaka to.
