Sis, ang pagkakaalam ko po regarding sa lipo 6 u must take it with exercise.. Nag take din ako Lipo6 Black Hers before.. Pero di sya effective sakin kasi wala ako time mag exercise or go to the gym..  Sa tita ko naman effective.. She lose weight talaga.. Paalala lang po pala may mga precaution din tong gamot na to.. So be careful nalang..

has anyone tried burn 60? nakita ko lang rin sa fb ng gnc. parang ang difference nya with lipo 6 eh it does not suppress the appetite pero it helps burn during exercise. this one is cheaper rin yata. any feedback on this as well?

It's been almost 2 weeks since I started with LIPO 6 3 pounds pa lang nawawala sa akin. I walk sa treadmill for around 30-45 mins not regularly though. 2 capsules Lang ang tine take ko kaya siguro I still get hungry. I think mas magiging effective sya if I increase the amount of capsules that I take Pero medyo natatakot pa akong mag full blast plus I need to run & not lazily walk sa treadmill... I didn't feel light headed naman... Stressful na ang life ko so Kung may palpitations man, I have that on a normal basis so nothing new http://

effective ang slimina...year 2009 gumamit ako nyan after 3 weeks 13 lbs. ang nabawas sa akin...from 136 to 123 na lang...side effect lang nyan sa akin di makatulog...

For me, effective appetite suppressant ang proflavanol. Cheaper pa than lipo 6. my friends use this. Tapos ako, i use this for my skin. Di ko naman goal mgpapayat kasi slim ako kasi di ko namalayan, laki pala ng pinayat ko.

Tried LIPO-6 Black.. For me, wala talaga akong gana kumain. i Take usually 30mins before ako mag work out. Grabe ako magpawis.. Tried it also ng di ako nag work out, grabe naman palpitations ko. Pero in fairness, nakakalose talaga cya ng weight at magiging energetic ka..
