A safe appetite suppresant is Grapefruit. Medyo mahal lang sya, pero mahal din naman ang mga gamot. Atleast, grapefruit is a fruit, and is probably more healthy.

actually marami reviews neto sa body building forums at foreigners pa gumagamit so sa tingin ko safe itry pero gaya ng ibang products, hiyangan lang talaga..

Minsan kasi may halo. May added sugar or fruit concentrate na sya. Ingat din sa label. Like may iba nakalagay 100% juice. But it doesn't mean 100% grapefruit juice sya. 100% juice nga pero may apple juice na halo. Juice nga naman.

hi sis! palpitations din inaabot ko everytime i drink coffee but then my mom bought me a pack of nescafe decaf just to try.. ayun nareduce yung palpitations ko.. pilit nila ako pinipigilan magkape pero di ako maawat eh

i've tried lean and fab. and it worked for me.. pero sa iba hndi.. siguro kanya kanya [textspeak!] ng reaction sa mga supplements like lean and fab, im not selling it pero i admit been using it.

Believe me, temporary effect Lang yan duramine. Sometimes controlling the appetite is a state of mind. There was even a time when I maintained with Bangkok pills 3 to 5 days in a month because I keep on gaining weight. At the end of the day, I stopped going to fitness first, got busy with work, drank Starbucks for lunch and ate heavy dinner. And I'm down to 44.1kg.

losing/maintaining weight has always been an issue with me since i was 15...bukod pa sa tabain ako, ang takaw ko pa, hehe. lahat na ng klase yatang diet natry ko, from bangkok to herbalife to the seven day diet, etc, pero duromine lang ang nagwork for me (aside from bangkok, pero i wouldn't repeat the experience na. too risky).

naniniwala ako na lahat ng diet naman talaga effective kapag sinunod to the letter. kaso ang problema, hindi ko kayang sundin yung most diets to the letter. and i refuse to give up my love for food, hehe. syempre bad naman yung bingeing pero i like to enjoy food. that's why every now and then pag feeling ko unmanageable na ang weight ko i take duromine pero short term lang. just to get me back to my normal weight.
