naku sis buffy 2 years ago pa yung sakin kasi after non nagbuntis na ko, dito ako sa hong kong dati bumibili dahil dito kami naka base pero nung nagbakasyon kami jan sa mercury at watson ako bumibili pati yung pinsan ko, try mo kaya sa ibang pharmacy... kung hinahanapan ka pa din ng prescription kay sis ellix ka na lang may tira ata sya...

Ako as of now nagpapa breastfeed pa ko kaya di pa ko makapag diet...after ko magpa breastfeed magrereductil ulit ako

^^ Sis, ttc is trying to conceive. ako din,need to lose a few pounds since ttc din ako. i dont wanna try any pills yet kasi baka biglang makabuo tapos may side effects sa baby.

How about grapefruit juice? nakaka suppress ba talaga yun?

I used metformin before.  It's a medication for diabetic patients and [textspeak!] sa salamat dok pwede din daw pra makatulong sa panganganak and para sa pampapayat.  Masusupress tlg yun appetite mo kaso yun effect saken madali ako mag-poop.  kaya tinigil ko na.  Ginagawa ko na lang before kumaen, i'll drink lots of water and before breakfast mag wheatgrass juice ako para full yun feeling hindi ako masyado kakain.

ang alam ko and based sa mga ttc namin, di naman nakakasuppress ng appetite ang metformin.
a. anyways, may question ako sa mga gumagamit ng diet pills, yung reductil kase wala na sa mercury dahil ba sa content nitong sibutramine ba yun? if that's the case, wala kayang ganun content ang pretty model or japan hokkaido?

b. some of our sisses here mention na nagpoopoo sila while using the japan hokkaido, e wala namang masyado na silang nakakain kasi nga wala silang gana, so paano yung ganun effect? pa enlighten naman bago ako magtake nito.

c. aside from these diet pills, wala na ba kayong ibang tinatake? masama bang isabay vit.c or E, any food supplements if ever?

@ haley james, herbal naman yung ingredients nya. Ok naman sa akin. If you want to try may natira pa ako na pills.. Nag-stop na kasi ako mag-take dahil mag-start ako ng other medication (I don't usually take 2 medication for a different purpose)

regarding on my menstrual cycle, wala naman effect kasi naka-birth control pills ako.. Wag Mo lang pagsabayin yung inom.. Usually naman sa umaga yung diet pills tapos sa gabi yung [textspeak!] Pills di ba?

The best appetite suppressants are : OxyElite Pro, Adipex P, Duromine. Be careful not to overdose, I recommend taking only half the recommended dose initially, then taper up. When ending your cycle, taper down. I dont trust anything made in China (slimming pills included) and the slimming coffees (coffee is coffee period, its still caffeine - too much caffeine will cause your body to crash on the stimulants so not good).

Hello! There's a new product in the market called a!life Control. It does not suppress your appetite but it says that it breaks the carbs you eat as it passes through your body. Trying it out with my friends. Hopefully it works:)
