Took it when I woke up today around 1pm. Mga 3pm nakatulog pa ko. By 6pm, no headaches but I kindda feel dizzy. Effective nga ata s'ya because sobrang konti ng nakain ko ng lunch & dinner but I still feel full. No cravings at all. Sana wala na kong hilo in the coming days.

sis yung 10 mg gamitin mo lang for 2 weeks then lipat ka na sa 15 mg....ganon kasi nakalagay na instruction sa reductil na kapareho din nyan

im on my 4th week of taking zytrim, though not religiously as i missed taking this sometimes, i just noticed that sometimes its not effective coz sometimes mas ginaganahan akong kumakain even i just took this pill. i bought zyrtim 10mg for only 40.00 php per capsule, from a med rep of unilab. im palnning to take the 15mg dosage next after this week.

Went to Mercury Drug Roosevelt last night and they said phased-out na daw ang Zytrim, they instead suggested Reductil. Walang hininging prescription. I'm on my first day today.

I went to mercury a while ago they told me that reductil is already phased out so I've got Sibutrim instead. To those taking Reductil is it true na phased out na Reductil?

I am drinking a tea I bought in Healthy Options- Yogi Blueberry Tea Appetite Suppressant siya. I think its useful kasi aside from making me awake for work, it also help me eat less. Hindi siya kasing poweful ng reductil but kahit papaano unti, unti napapansin ko less intake in a day. 355 pesos for box of 16 packets.
