Meron ba sa inyo using this? Any brand in particular & feedback?
I tried Reductil before, effective for me but i had palpitations especially when i drink coffee.

hindi lang naman appetite suppresant yung reductrim, iniincrease din yung metabolism. ang effect sakin, wala akong insomia ha, pero talagang wala ako gana kumain. pero unlike nung mga slimming coffee, hindi sabog ang feeling ko. pero 1st week, parang mabigat sa dibdib, pero kapag uminom ng tubig nawawala.
tuloy ko, ang laki pinayat ko e 16 days pa lang. plus wala akong gana kumain ng rice.

reductrim is the same as reductil....reductil can be bought in mercury drug for tingi, no prescription needed.  try to buy 5 caps muna then try for 5 days kung ok sayo. You should start taking the 10 mg for 2 weeks then saka ka mag 15 mg para hindi mabigla yung katawan, yun ang sabi ng doctor ko. Bawal sya sa may highblood and sakit sa puso. I tried this before and lost 30+ pounds, super effective talaga sya. Stimulant na sya so avoid coffee dahil magpapalpitate ka talaga. And once you achieved na your desired weight, unti unti mo na sya tangglin sa system mo by taking it every other day na lang, then every 2 days, 3x a week hanggang sa itigil mo na ng tuluyan, ganon daw dapat para hindi din mabigla ang katawan once inalis mo na sya sa system mo.

wow parang gusto ko magtake ng reductrim or reductil. how much po ba yung reductil sa mercury? gusto ko na kasi ibalik yung dati kong weight. feeling ko kasi ang bagal masyado ng metabolism ko.
