^Naku Sis I hope ganyan din ako. Masyado kasi ako nadadala sa scene whether mapamovie yan or book.  Kaya I'm staying away from books that is super drama (for now) and horror. 

Yung nga Anna and the French Kiss iniyakan ko yung part na nalaman nia na yung bestfriend nia at yung crush nia ay item na...super light lang ng drama na yun. Tapos yung Vampire Academy Series di ko maituloy tuloy kasi takot ako kay Dmitri as Strigoi hahahahah!

I will try to find that book (Stephen King), di ko na talaga matandaan yung title basta tanda ko lang it's about a family na nakatira sa isang creepy house and there's a lot of nakakatakot na description haha!  Let's see if I can handle it now

me too, ayoko rin ng mga horror novels, napakamatatakutin ko..  then i'll never read yung vampire diaries ni lj smith, she's a shallow writer for me ( sorry no offense meant ) and i've noticed that her stories are inconsistent, they're comparing her to stephanie meyer and even said that the latter got some of her ideas on Smith, provided that her novels were first released way back.. ( pls correct me if i'm wrong ) year 1991 ata?  nakakainis kasi i know what's going to happen next agad! i want a novel or book that leaves me hanging in the edge, guessing 'bout the ending, and so on, so fourth.. ahm, di ko rin feel yung kay mitch albom, ayoko rin ng LOTR ( though i loved the movie ), and yes, boring kasi pag book.. ayoko rin ng english romance novels ni D. Steele, not interested in the works of Janet Evanovich, and the like... ayoko rin ng mga books na nagpe-predict ng future,or yung tipong kelan magugunaw ang mundo, whatsoever, because who are them to know what God's plans are.. though i believe in new age and paranormal psychology, and witchcraft and wizardry.. ^__^ yan na muna for now... no offense meant ha...

hindi ko na rin babasahin ang Twilight. I forced myself to kasi ang dami nagsabi na para syang HP...masyado teenyboppish yung story line to lame and hindi sya maganda magsulat. I just had to finish the books kasi i was trading it.

Another would be Stephen had a few of his books masyado mabagal or unappealing yung style nya. Danielle Steele (tama ba) di ko rin nagustuhan same as with another contemporary pang mass paperback talaga kasi in the middle part pinahahahaba lang nya yung events and story by doing the same thing, decent naman pero paulit ulit yung style I got tired. Meron din isa na the story was so good but the endings where so disappointing Barbara Fern or Fern Michaels ba yun i cant remember may barabara eh tapos parang isa lang libro nya harhar.


Same din with Tagalog Romance novels hindi ko sya inattempt hawakan but I've read a couple of  Pinoy novels and enjoyed them naman.

i promised myself never to read the Twilight series. Kaso sale ang box set sa PB kaya naisip ko, basahin ko kaya. Haha. Ang lame ng rason. Romance novels either Filipino or English ones. Okay lang yung mga Chick Lit pero yung downright romance as in ROMANCE talaga, eh di nalang. Plus anything na may vampires, warewolves, damsel in distress woman with romance involved, I'll leave it be. Self help and inspirational books. Tried reading A Purpose Driven Life, drove me crazy. Nawala na yung book sa bahay.

I will never read:

Twilight and vampire novels- too much came out after the twilight series. now, vampires are swarming the channels as well.

Harry potter- not my type of story. Too "teeny" for me. Even though I'm crushing on Daniel Radcliffe, STILL, I won't read it.

^Sabi nga nila nakakakilabot si Stephen King so pinatulan ko yung Full Dark, No Stars niya kasi according dun sa Powerbooks SA na nakausap ko eh kinilabutan siya esp. dun sa 1st story na pinatay yung wife. So ako naman na-intriga. Susmio, di naman ako natakot. Medyo na-engotan pa ko dun sa husband na pumatay eh kasi di man lang pinlano haha 

pareho tayo sis, di ko talaga feel books niya, wala yong takot factor sa akin.  parang ambabaw pa nga minsan e...kaya never na ko nagbasa ng novels niya.

The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. I tried reading the first book and napagod lang akong magbasa, masyadong maraming details na hindi naman kelangan. Binili ko pa naman [textspeak!] box set nito kasi sabi ng SA maganda daw talga and nagkakaubusan na ng stocks.

Tried reading the first book of the Twilight series. Bad move. Terrible, horrible writing. 

No more Coelho for me as well.

Tagalog romance novels, yung mga maninipis na kayang basahin sa isang session.

Self-help books, however hard I try I really can't finish one. I remember trying to finish The Secret at least 3 times wala talaga. A friend lent me a DVD, natulugan ko rin.

As in don't ever go near it.  A friend gave me a complete set of his books, someone gave it to her din kasi, she thanked me for sparing her and she gave me the blessing not to read it na
