This will be my project for 2015, since mahaba naman ang bakasyon ko, I will start cleaning out my closet and my daughter's too. Dami namin gamit na di naman nagagamit. Baka pwede ko pa nga ibenta yung iba.

Ang Mama ko kasi nanghihinayang magtapon at mamigay, pero pano naman magkaka space for new and better things if we will hold on sa luma at unused di ba?

^ Bills like Meralco and Maynilad which varies, I keep 2 years data before since I want to do a year on year comparison. But now, i do the analysis on excel na lang. I encode it in a file.

For cable bills naman which does not vary, I only keep a year.

All bills for life insurance tinatago ko lahat.

All Utility Bills I file them and keep for one year, then warranty for as long it has it's effectivity, for all the records regarding house and vehicle, or any assets I have a file for them as well para hindi pahirapan hanapin if needed, I put tag on them accordingly.

Hello fellow aspiring minimalists!

It's nice to see that minimalist way of life has arrived in our shores and I hope it's here to stay ;)

Would you agree that most of "female clutter" are clothes? just an observation

I would suggest trying Project 333 to kickstart minimalism into our lives and wardrobe.

Basically the project means 33 pieces of items worn in three months.

It helps in decluttering and streamlining your style. No more "I have nothing to wear!" moments since clothes are carefully curated. With only 33 items, those stuff better match

If you want to know more about Project 333:

Make e copies of the medical records as backup and keep original ones. Health kasi yan so you never know if it might be needed.

What did you do sa gifts received na di nyo naman magagamit?

2014 ako nag start mag declutter and nakaka tipid talaga kasi nabawasan na pagiging impulsive buyer ko.

Me, too. I just give them away, pero not as "gift" gifts. Tipong parang, "hey, meron ako ditong <insert name of stuff> na di 'ko ginagamit, d'you think you'd have any use for it? sayang e."

At madami pang ipapamigay!!

Sis saan mo pinamigay yung clothes mo?

I'm thinking of cleaning out my closet since magnenew year na naman. I'm thinking of storing these somewhere muna and then give them to orphanages or those in need particularly victims of calamities. Yeah these are very, very vague pa hehe. Any other ideas?

will definitely try this para makatipid ng bongga...

baby steps

I have started a little bit nung 2014. Madamidami na din ako naipamigay. Lalo na at pregnant ako. I gave away all the clothes/things which I will not use anymore in 1 year. I give them to my parents/in laws.

I still have a long way to go. I still have a lot of things to let go.

^^ Yup, and yung deliberate choice to stay in a small home. Less everything.

We live in a 2br flat so it is really mandatory. Mga 2-3x a year nagbabawas ako ng things, toys at clothes. Especially after christmas! Daming new toys at clothes, so nagbawas ako ng old toys and clothes. May mga schools & charities /associations dito humihingi ng ganun for fund-raising so dun ko usually binibigay.
Ok na saken ang basics, but my hubby and kids like collecting stuffs! Challenging talaga.
We plan to move to a 3-4br house in the future, and i already told my hubby, he'll have his own space dun lang sya pwde magparami ng collection at displays nya.
