^Bakit 2 hours before boarding? Ako kasi nagchecheck-in lang muna pagdating ng airport tapos hindi muna ako pumapasok sa departure area.

Yung last trip ko nga sa Seoul, 5 minutes to boarding saka pa lang ako pumasok sa departure (to think na magt-train pa ako ha).

Tapos just last Tuesday and yesterday, lagi kaming 10 minutes before boarding pumapasok sa departure. Just make sure you check-in before the gates close.

has anyone tried to bring home electronics, say LCD TV from another country? as in checked in baggage in its own box/packaging so u can't conceal or not declare as it won't fit in ur luggage. Even if it's 1 lang and obviously personal use, will u get taxed by the airport customs?

sissies, question lang about sa procedures for arrival? I've heard something about bay 1, 2 and 3 etc.Maybe you can enlighten me, its been 3 years since I will be home.. Parang confusing ata, just want to make sure na magkikita kami ng susundo sa akin. Thanks much!

^sis, saang terminal ka ba dadating? Ang alam kong meron mga numbered bays sa arrival is T3. Sa T1 naman mga letters ang tatayuan mo.

^Mas madali kayo magkakitaan ng sundo mo kung T3. Mas maluwag kasi yung arrival area. The bay numbers are posted dun sa mga malalaking poste paglabas mo ng arrival lobby. If I remember right there are 8 or 9 bays outside. Bale sabihin mo lang sa susundo sa yo kung saang bay or poste ka tatayo para masundo ka.

^Ah heheh. Hindi ko lang alam sa T1 and T2 kung pwede pumasok kasi sa T3 at sa Incheon ko lang na-try na may maghatid saken hehe.

Nope, hindi pwede sa T1 and T2 maghatid sa loob unless may pass. But they no longer issue those to non-authorised personnel.

^Ah kasi yung mga establishments nga pala sa T2 eh andun na sa departure gates unlike sa T3 na nasa labas pa.

^No prob, sis. Another thing if your sundo has a ride you can tell them to wait at McDo or the gas station in front of T3 para hindi na sila mag-park (parking fee is Php35). Then when you're outside na, give them a call to pick you up saang bay ka man nag-aantay.

About OFWs bringing TVs to Phils, so far based on my co-OFWs experience na kasama ko mismo sa flight, nakapagdala naman sila and they didn't pay for any tax. One piece lang and 32 inches ang maximum size. Yes, they use the original box/packaging of the TV. We come from the middle east.

Last time na umuwi kami was July 2010. I'm not sure if bago na ang rule ngayon.

^Yes, allowed mag-uwi ng used appliances ang OFW na tax-free. Read the link I posted. Minsan kung sinwerte at mabait yung customs officer maski bago ini-exempt nila. Yung case ni sis nikki I assumed hindi sya OFW kasi bibili pa lang sya ng tv at iuuwi dito. So, definitely may tax yun.

^yep, manila-based ako and tourist lang. 2 weekends ago kasi medyo na-obsess kami ni fiance to upgrade to a bigger LCD TV (mga 40in above). eh since we're going to SG next month, and last Sept when we were there.. we saw lots of Indian nationals lining up for GST refund sa changi airport at halos lahat sila may dalang TV. lol so we thought what if mag-uwi kami from SG din. haha
