mahal ba talaga taxi fare palabas na airport?

nung nagtaxi kami from t3 to coastal mall lang, 350 yung siningil samin. metered yellow cab yun. i asked dun sa fixed rate, 330 naman.

may iba pa bang pwedeng sakyan going to nearby areas like baclaran/pasay?

^ i had the same experience as you!! may batingting ata itong mga taxi sa tin. t3 to makati nasa 450!!! pumalag hubby ko, di nya binayaran yung nasa metro, kasi *sorta* umamin yung driver na pinaayos na nya yung metro nya hindi daw nya alam bakit ganun. napansin kasi ng hubby ko na nung time na may katabi kaming police car, bumagal yung patak ng metro. tapos pagliko from makati ave to paseo de roxas, biglang bumawi. ayun!

then one time sinukat talaga namin ilang kms. yung from t3 to our place, susme wala pang 10km! kahit anong math gawin mo hindi aabot ng 450 yun fare dapat!

pwede ata mag bus sis, pero di ko lang sure kung okay ba ang pedestrian lane dun and depende siguro kung madami kang bitbit...

about terminal fee for one way trip lets say manila-cebu,
does it mean 2x ako magbabayad ng terminal fee?
one in naia 3 and another one in mactan airport?

^ sis sa Naia T3 ka lang magbabayad ng terminal fee. wala na pagdating mo ng Cebu.

ngayon kung pauwi ka na ng Mla from Cebu tsaka ka lang ulit magbabayad sa Mactan Airport on the day of your flight.

Regarding taxi sa T3, umakyat kami sa departure area, kasi yung asa arrival super mahal nga daw. Nung nag cab kami asa 200 plus lang to Monumento. Tipid na.

pwede ata mag bus sis, pero di ko lang sure kung okay ba ang pedestrian lane dun and depende siguro kung madami kang bitbit...

thanks sis. try ko yung bus next time or try ko suggestion ni sis pinkish na sumakay sa departure area  sobrang holdap talaga yung 350 eh lapit lang ng coastal mall.

^^ mahal nga ang taxi sa arrival area. imagine, ang binayad namin ni hubby non papuntang monumento 750 pesos. so nong huling umuwi ako, sinundo ako ng kapatid ko sa may departure, e galing pa the fort taxi niya, we only paid about 250 ata kasi nga from the fort then to the airport then to monumento.  almost 3x ang mahal ng taxis sa arrival than in departure.

hindi ba bawal magload ang taxis sa departure area?
^ sis bakit sa departure ka pa sinundo? bawal ba pumasok ang taxi sa arrival unless airport taxi ka?

^ nope, ewan ha pero ang pwede lang talagang sakyan na taxi kasi sa arrival area are those na naka-queue doon, correct me if I'm wrong.  sa far end ng departure area, me mga taxis don though, mabilisan lang kelangan kasi minsan sinisita sila, minsan hindi rin.

Nung bumalik kasi kami from Cebu madaling araw na kami nakarating ng Manila. Lumabas kami ng arrival pero yun nga puro yellow taxi tapos nagtanong tanong ako, mahal nga daw ang singil, so nagtanong din ako kung san may murang tax, sabi sa amin akyat daw kami sa departure, pumasok kami ulit sakay ng elevator then lakad sa far end ng departure. May mga guards pa nga na tumulong sa luggage namin, kaya di naman nasita si manong.

haiii thanks! what u share are of a big help for persons like me esp first time ko for out of the country trip. And since Im not from manila wala talaga akong kaalam-alam me ganun pala.. wooo katakot naman mbiktima for lost luggages. Mas mabuti pa siguro handcarry nlng hmm..

Two weeks ago kami bumalik from HK tapos sa T3 kami. dun kami sumakay sa pinakadulong pila ng taxi sa arrival, yung metered. We paid Php260 from T3 to Alabang. Feeling naman namin ng mom ko reasonable na yun. Well it was Sunday morning so wala ring traffic tapos nag-service road siya kaya wala kaming binayarang toll fee.

dami namin bitbit nung sunday am na dumating kami, and super uwing uwi na kami di na kami nagkaron ng patience maghanap ng elevator (lift) papuntang departure. so dun kami nauwi sa metered taxi. good thing this time, hindi faulty yung metro nya. we paid 170 from T3 to HV Dela Costa. yan ang reasonable! pag naalala ko talaga yung unang experience namin naha-high blood ako e!!!

I'm not sure about Manila-Cebu ha, baka kasi they have a special rule, but normally with other places, pagpapasok ka sa airport dun lang may terminal fee. So if you're coming from Manila, once ka lang magbabayad (P200 for domestic flights if i recall correctly) sa Manila airport. Once you get to your destination, supposedly no more payments anymore.

Pag pauwi ka na from your destination, saka ka na ulit magbabayad ng terminal fee from that airport. Normally pag sa provinces cheaper, some airports less than P100 lang.

^ Correct. Iba-iba lang ata ang rates depende sa destination. If I remember correctly Php20.00 from Dipolog. I think from Busuanga and Kalibo, could be Php40.00 pero definitely not the same as the terminal fee from Manila

^The airport tax or terminal fee will depend on the airport or terminal being used not the destination. The bigger airports like Manila, Cebu and Davao will have higher terminal fees compared to smaller airports like Tagbilaran, Dipolog, etc. You pay for using the terminal or aiport so ang bayad is upon departure lang, wala na sa arriving airport.
