Initially, we planned to have this so that that the guests can write their wishes in the lantern before it will be released. However, this might be dangerous if it's windy. We're having our wedding this December, and as we all know, December is windy, rainy and sometimes stormy.

great idea, eveelicious..are you going to opt for fireworks instead kung hindi feasible ang sky lanterns?

wow naman augusten, andame highligts if ever ng reception nio...between the two, mas ok yung sky lanterns [textspeak!] hindi ganun ka-common compared sa fireworks...saka the guests will actually have an involvement din

Yup! I found them on multiply...300 per lantern. They're cute =)
