How do you know if a girl is interested in you?

ok so i can't make a new post, i really dont see the 'new topic' link so if you know why just let me know. :p

so I'm writing this as a question to the guytalkers here, syempre girls can comment too.

I'm not sure kasi if i am sending the right signals to the guy i really like at the office.
I am sort of their trainer on their first two weeks at our company. so at first he's calling me "boss."
Then when I realized I have a crush on this guy, I always joke at him at the office. Like I bully him. Parang ganon. Haha. And he would always just smile and laugh with me. After the training, he is no longer under my team but I still continue to be visible for him. For the past few days, he no longer address me as his previous boss.

So lately, I would ask questions like " hey how are you." and when i have a friend around and they ask me who is, i would giggly joke around and tell them, "future boyfriend ko" and then I will smile at him." He will blush and would just also laugh after that.
I wanna know if that's an ok move? Like does it sound desperate or too much? hahaha.
I did it last time and before I leave his area at the office, and he was like, "akala ko ba boyfriend mo ko, ba't wala akong kiss?"

Ayun... so confused ako if ok lang ba yung ginagawa ko... Kasi im afraid that he might think that I am just joking around. how could i let him know that i am sincere and that i really like him without making him freak out?

Oh and by the way, for the past few days too...
He would always make "beso" to me. and hugs me a little.

if a girl likes you, she'll always try to connect with you...understand you....know what you like.

she'll call, text, etc etc.

she will meet you half way in everything and will even help you get "closer" to her. if you suddenly become silent or if you even go out of her "radar", she will connect and grab you back.

and if the interest is very high, small bumps and red flags and other stuff that will normally turn off a prospective date will be ignored.

as for touching, she wouldn't mind being touched right away. touch in a none malicious way ha. kasi some women kahit simpleng patong ng kamay sa shoulder eh ayaw. but if she really digs you she'll frequently "brush" against you.

para kasing ang hirap mag hulaan ng mga babae kung gusto ka or what. mahirap mag feeling gwapo ahaha.. like in my situation right now na may gusto ako sa workplace ko na lagi ko sya nakikita pero wala akong lakas ng loob na kausapin sya kasi sa wifi zone lang kami madalas magkita.

lagi kasi pumapasok sa isip ko pano kung kausapin ko at isnabin lang ako because shes too damn pretty kumabaga parang binabalanse ko rin yung pagmumukha ko sa mga taong kakausapin or gugustuhin ko.

thanks! actually nagkausap na kami i found a way to create a small talk but after that i was like being hit by a teaser.. i was stunned ...

pagdating ko kasi dun sa zone andun sya so medyo dumistansya ako ng konti and hindi ako mka connect sa wifi then she looked at me and sya yung medyo lumapit so halos abot kamay ko na sya then i asked her kung nakaka connect sya she replied naman then nagtagal pa kami hanggang sa napipi na ako.. ayun umalis na lang ako sobrang shaky ko that time deym!

another kwento naka upo ako then dumating sya then umalis after 15-20minutes instead na dun sa likod ko dumaan paalis sa harap ko pa talaga.. so hindi ko na talaga alam gagawin ko.. takte

hahaha.. the problem is i dont have the guts to initiate.. Asiong nga tawag sa akin ng kasama ko sa work coz sobrang astig ko tapos daw pagdating sa chick wala ako maibuga.. hahah.. every break ko andun ako sa zone everytime na andun sya hanggang tingin lang nagagawa ko..

hindi ko alam kung paano ko sisimulan.. pinakuha ko na noon yung number nya sa 2 girl friend ko but she refused ~ ang diskarteng naisip ko eh ito..

As a guy, kung gusto mo ang isang babae, it is perfectly fine to approach the girl. Isnub-in ka man, ok lang. Because you are supposed to be the guy, lalaki, the pursuer.  Walang mangyayari kung hanggang tingin ka nalang.

another point - practice makes perfect. huwag ka matakot. kung mabigo ka man, go lang ng go. hanap ulit ng iba. ang dami kayang magaganda! practice lang ng practice hanggang sa di ka na kabahan.
