- in a bowl, mix the first 3 ingredients (para walang buo buo)
- in a sauce pan, cook the ham, bacon and mushroom in 1 t of butter , after a few mins put the cream mixture... add the grated cheese to taste...

Yummy!!!   ;D ;D

^^^will try this one of these days.. but I will be replacing the nestle all purpose cream.. may mas magandang cream (as suggested by my friend na baker) na pang luto talaga. it's expensive but the outcome is sooo much better..

^Thanks for the suggestion Thansher01. I'll use this cream next time.

BTW, to those who tried my bacon and shrimp carbonara recipe, you may want to add pala a can of Campbell's cream of shrimp if you want a thicker sauce.

I also use McCormick and Alpine milk sa carbonara. Nilalagyan ko rin ng crushed pepper para medyo spicy. Gusto kong gayahin kasi yung sauce ng Capricciosa, creamy and spicy. Hindi nakakaumay.

Here's my version:

Ingredients:

Butter
Cream (use Elle & Vire)
Milk (use Elle & Vire, yung color red yung bottle)
Flour
Pecorino Romano
Pancetta
Fettuccine

1. Cook the fettuccine
2. In a pan, cook pancetta. Set aside.
3. In another pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Whisk together and slowly add cream and milk. Once incorporated, add the cheese.
4. Add the fettuccine and pancetta. Toss then serve.
