GRADE SCHOOLS IN QC

I went and checked both schools. Although yung Mindanao avenue branch ng diliman pinuntahan ko. Sad to say i didn't like the school at all kahit madaming reviews. Parang overrated kumbaga. Madumi yung overall impression ko kahit di naman makalat. The bathroom mapanghi. The canteen needs renovation sa ceiling. And more. I dont know if naayos na nila this year since i went there mga september ata. For me kase hindi lang yung quality ng education hanap ko, quality of the school as well.

Whereas sa holy spirit medyo luma man ang buildings and no aircon pero the ambiance and all maganda, madaming puno, malawak, fresh air. And wifi is free hehe all over the school. Also feel ko safer anak ko dun since madaming security na pagdadaanan muna before you can go inside their premises.

Education naman is good at both schools.  May robotics sa diliman and religion naman sa holy spirit. I chose religion over science.

St. Paul University QC in Gilmore St. New Manila is a good school. Co-ed na siya pati for HS because before they only accept boys in grade school and college. Okay yung curriculum nila they also have programs for grade school students where they can learn music instruments, taekwondo etc. Ang PE rin nila for the first term is swimming then iba naman sa succeeding terms. Okay din [/b][/color] facilities nila. Yung daughter ko is a graduate dun ng HS. She had spanish subject, business math, statistics, etc na wala sa curriculum ng ibang schools. Andamin rin nilang extra curricular activities and mappractice talaga ang catholic religion ng bata.  My son is in gr4 and I'm planning to enroll him also there tuition fee is 57k.

Can anyone recommend good schools around Novaliches area na around 50k or below tuition fee? We are considering transferring our son from his current school this coming school year. We live near SM Novaliches and so far we only have Colegio de San Bartolome de Novaliches on our list of schools to visit. Does anyone have feedback on that school? Hope you can share other schools na ok ang turo. May nagrecommend din sa'min ng Good Shepherd Cathedral School in Fairview and Notre Dame of Greater Manila in Caloocan kaso prefer sana namin maghanap muna ng medyo malapit para di naman mahirapan at mapagod sa travel ang bata. Nasa fairview ang current school ng 1st grader ko kaso baka maging busy schedule ni hubby by June at mahirapan na maghatid sundo kaya naghahanap kami ng medyo malapit.

hi sis. what level is you son? I visited Good Shepherd last year mejo na turn off ako kasi hindi very accommodating yung nasa registrars na nakausap ko.

Can you give me more feedback? Yung facilities nila, do they have swimming pool?

^hi sis! my son is studying at Good Shepherd. Since may church sila very religious ang school. So far ok naman and nagpapa accredit sila with PAASCU now. not sure kung accredited na and nagpapa taas lang ng level or magpapa accredit pa lang. binigyan kasi kame ng letter about it. my main reason for sending my son there is because malapit lang sa bahay namin 5mins. away another is so he will become more religious.

yes may swimming pool sila. indoor siya so hindi rin nakaka itim. they have swimming classes available this summer. ok naman very religious. pag first friday of the month half day lang sila minsan. techie rin kasi every student is given username and password mag log on ka sa genyo website to see the lesson and mga seatwork na ipapagawa so you can review your child. id nila rfid na rin and you will receive a text kung nakapasok na ang anak mo or naka out na.

paascu accredited sila. i heard some parents talking and pinag uusapan nila yung mga naka graduate nilang kids, naka pasa naman daw ng entrance exam sa up, ust, lasalle and ateneo. pm me kung interested ka.

Good morning, mommies! I'm new here and I just want to ask if any of you knows a good gradeschool within congressional-katipunan-teacher's village-batasan area that's not too expensive? And by not too expensive, I mean 20k-40k? Or is that too much to hope for? I'm a single mom of 2 kids, both in gradeschool this June. And we're moving to QC. So I'm crossing my fingers that we'll be able to find a school for my girls that I can afford. Thank you, mommies!

Hi mommypea. I dropped by JASMS recently. Their tuition fee is at around 43k. JASMS as what I heard is a progressive school. Malawak yung campus. It,s located along EDSA (between q.ave and west ave) but it's a totally different ambiance and experience where you're in the campus. Mapuno, halaman , plus the people are very nice and accommodating

Went to St Paul University QC to have my son take the entrance test recently.

We got scheduled for an interview for incoming grade 1.

My son goes to South East Asia Mission Christian Academy. It's five minutes away from LRT Betty Go- Belmonte station. TF's 26k for Nursery and Kindergarten. It's a relatively new school, mga 3-4 years pa lang sila operating. Their approach is progressive.

So far, I'm satisfied naman. May few qualms pero di naman deal breakers. Pero I might transfer him to a different school after Prep... yung medyo mas established na school na.

For those of you na malapit sa tandang sora I would recommend Romarinda International School...I was really satisfied sa school na to. Plus the tuition is really affordable.

My daughter is curently studying at Poceda as Pre Kinder but seems like i am not so happy with the curriculum. I am thinking of transfering her to St Theresa's College in D Tuason. I have read good feedback from that school and I actually attended the open house for kinder garten. I am also leaning on With School of the Holy Spirit its just that in Holy Spirit calssrooms are not yet airconditioned considering the very humid weather of our country. With STD they are already airconditioned but seems like other facilities seems like belong to the old era. Any latest review for STC and School of the Holy Spirit. by the way the tuition fee for these 2 schools are a lot affordable compared to Poveda.

My son studies in Claret, he's in grade 4. The tuition is approx 75k (excluding books and uniform).  We are so happy with the progress of our son, physically, mentally & spiritually.
