1.  "Strike while the iron is hot" hindi pwede yung laban o bawi.  Give 100% effort to whatever you want to achieve.

2.  Trust your gut instincts.  Do not allow others to prove you wrong, instead, gather information to make sure your hunch isn't leading you to incorrect thoughts/decision.

3.  Hindi ka super hero katulad ng inaakala ni younger you.  Just like other human beings, tatablan ka din ng sakit if you do not take care of your health.
