^Oo, I got the idea from the movies. Haha. Pag nagtotoothbrush yung actors, laging hindi foamy yung mouths nila. I brush with toothpaste first, but rinse it off right away and finish off with just water. Tapos when I asked my dentist about it, maganda pala for the teeth yun. The bristles supposedly remove plaque/dirt better when there is no lubrication from toothpaste. Since I started doing it maybe 10 or more years ago, I have had no cavities whatsoever.

Do the biggest, most difficult task first. Accomplishing a big task early in the day provides me with the added push and confidence to do more and makes me less stressed.

People, friends mostly,  want you to do good but NEVER better than them. Take heart when they caution you or look at you incredulously when you reveal your awesome plan,  believe in your own internal compass.

1) Agree with Spiderman - " With power comes great responsibility".

2) You won't last on a job if you don't love your job.

3) Money is not enough if you are always stressed.  Peace of mind is the best among everything.

4) As a couple if you love each other, fight for it.  Mala-'Nothing's gonna stop us now' and 'You and Me Against the World' ang peg.  Then eventually, everything will be on it's proper place
