asa auckland, NZ ako. my mom sent me a parcel, kasing laki sya ng 2 shoeboxes na pinagdikit. umabot ng 6kgs, thru DHL. Php4,500 binayadan sa pinas pero ala ako binayadan nun dineliver dito. sabi sa kin low value naman daw, haha!

mga olay, safeguard, whitening soaps, fern C. nesvita, tsaka mga damit na naiwan ko yun laman ng package

Haha, yeah i agree! I had to go to FDA and secure clearance pa for the cosmetics. Dahil ba pasko sis? kaya daw ganun? or dahil sa issue sa customs?

^eversince na nagpalit ng customs chief. even before xmas pa ito. kaya yung postman na kakilala ko, hindi narin niya ako matulungan.

sana [textspeak!] di maging ganyan kahigpit dito sa province. dito kasi sa amin never pa ako nasisingil ng custom's duties and taxes. yung 40php [textspeak!] nababayaran ko.

mas maluwag pag province ata sis. wala akong naririnig na horror stories about EMS na bumabagsak sa Cebu or Davao ata. dito lang sa Manila ang panay horror stories

Kamusta naman kapag sa province? Hinaharang din ba nila sa customs? Pano kukuhain dun kung sakali harangin eh malayo pa yung samin. I iused to buy clothes from china and DHL pa lang natry ko na courier. Sabi, may pinabayaran daw ang customs kaya pagdala ng dhl sa bahay ko, nagbayad pa ako ng 500. I think mura yun kumpara sa ibang nagbabayad sa custms mismo ng napakamahal... Medyo malaki din yung box ko non eh tapos siguro 4kg na clothes yun.

Iniisip ko lang if Ems or yung airmail.. Makarating kaya yun sa bahay ko?

I've seen a custom officer literally handed her palm indicating money from a chinese tourist who doesn't speak English. Sa airport to nangyari and grabeh ladlaran talaga at harapan sa lahat ng tao ang ginagawa nila. Does it bother you na puede lang tawagan mo yung kilala mo na customs para may discount ka sa tax? Hindi ba dapat merong standard charge for the tax? Bakit puedeng tumawad? Nakakaloka talaga pamalakad nila.

customs officials are really like that. kahit i want to pay he right tax. nakakahinayang kasi yun nga wala silang standard computation and then kanino ba mapupunta tax natin? buti kung sa tama.

^ sis that would depend. napaka higpit ng customs ngayon, if you're package is going to be heavy and would contain pieces of more than 10 of the same kind, better not use it. pahirapan kumuha sa customs ngayon, depende ba sa iimport mo. ano ano ba yun? but if it's just a few pieces, less than 2kg ok lang naman. basta for personal use. it took me 2 weeks kasi to claim my package sa dami ng hiningi nilang requirements :/ note than mine weighed 8kg and contain more than 50pcs of cosmetics

Has anyone tried using Xend's International 7-15 Days Postal Service (Premium registered mail) Mura kasi. I want to send sana just 1 ballet flats, aabot kaya yun ng more than 500g?

I'm not really fond of our post office, kaya ayoko gumawi dun, so I want to try out other couriers.

paid about 250-300. nakarating after 3 weeks

Para sure ipaweigh mo sis ng naka bubble mailer envelope na.
Mabagal pero safe. kasi may tracker e. Nakita ko pa nga dumating  ng SG yun package ko, before USA (dumaan pa san san bago nakarating ng Florida)

HELP Please. I have a personal package shipped to me via USPS Express (kasi ang alam ko door-to-door yun and may tracking until it is delivered) pero yung last update is Dec 14 pa. Hindi ko tuloy alam kung nasaan yung package ko.
