^yikes hassle talaga kapag naho-hold sa customs yung mga items natin

aside sa hassle sa biyahe minsan pasaway pa yung mga tao dun saka magulo yung charging nila.

^ LOL    ganun na nga :p ok lang naman magbayad tax as long as tama yung ni-charge nila kaso minsan mas mahal pa dun sa package yung tax eh. Hindi naman nila ma-explain bakit. Basta ganun daw

unfair naman yung sa part natin. dapat alam din natin yung pano computation nila.. mamaya sa bulsa lang pala nila napupunta.

mga sis, if you are interested i could be the one to "fix" the package for you. hindi na dadaan sa customs. however, siyempre may certain fee per weight ng box 5kg & 10kg.

mga sis na expert shippers help naman... pag USPS ba ang ginamit na shipping method from the US tapos pinadala dito sa pinas, dapat ide-deliver mismo dito sa bahay? at P40 lang ba ang babayaran at hindi na papabuksan ang package?

same lang ba ang EMS sa USPS?

dati kasi i bought books sa amazon... as in 2 pcs ng paperback books on parenting ha, hindi dineliver dito sa bahay. notice lang na me package ako ang dumating, then i went to the novaliches post office to claim it. pinabuksan pa sa akin yung package then nagbayad ako ng fee (can't remember how much basta less than P50 lang yata).

me natanong akong seller ng bags, taga-cainta siya...dine-deliver nga daw sa house nila yung packages nya ng bags from the US. USPS ang gamit nya kasi ang tagal daw ng balikbayan box.

^ Hi sis. EMS is a postal service offered by government owned post offices. So ang may handle ng EMS sa US is USPS, sa Korea is Korea Post sa Philippines is Philpost, etc.

Door to door delivery supposedly BUT that depends on whether mahohold items mo sa customs or not. Parang game ng russian roulette ang customs, LOL. You'll never know kung mahohold ang item mo o hinde. Haha. Sakin, since I used EMS palagi, may time na nadedeliver sa bahay and I would pay 40 pesos, may time na nahhold sa customs para i-claim ko sa PASAY pa (and I live in novaliches din), and kapag nahold, you have to pay tax and the amount is not a joke. Haha. I bought a 1k adapter from China, I paid 920php sa tax. Kamusta naman kasing presyo ng item ko. Then nahold dun cosmetics ko, I paid 1.4k, then 1.2k. EH maliliit lang ang items na yun.

glad to know na taga-bundok ng novaliches ka din.  at least talagang you know my predicament.

so yung books na in-order ko sa amazon na pina-claim pa saken sa novaliches post office, does that mean na-hold yun kaya hindi idineliver dito sa bahay?

gusto ko din sana mag-order ng bags from the US, gaya nung natanong kong taga-cainta... pero hindi ko nga kasi alam ang gagawin para i-deliver nalang dito sa bahay, like yung ginagawa sa kanya. as in always and forever daw dine-deliver sa house nila at mega akyat pa si kartero kasi sa 3rd floor sila nakatira. yun nga lang me kilala yata siya sa post office nila.

hassle naman kasi na kukunin pa sa post office dito, lagi pa namang traffic sa quirino hway, tapos mas hassle pa yung papabuksan yung package... parang walang privacy, eh pano kung mga bra at panty yung bilihin ko sa US o kaya eh adult toys ibubuyangyang ko pa? hahaha! joke!

^ kapag pinapa-claim sa nova post (dun din ako nagcclaim and sobrang bagal nila magpadala ng notice) hindi EMS gamit dun. probably international registered mail/parcel lang. Basta kapag Pasay mo kukuhanin, EMS yon subject to customs tax.

Pero kapag local post office, mga registered mail lang or yung unregistered, basta mga cheap na method ng shipping lang and hindi talaga yung door to door.

International Mail service ng gov't post offices na nagooffer ng door to door delivery is EMS. Pero mahira nyan, kapag na-hold ng customs.

As for the bra, panty, depende din kasi sa weight, quantity and declared value sis. Minsan kasi, questionable ang amount na nilalagay ng sender, haha. kaya iniispect. But yeah, regardless of the item, if they think it should be taxed, bubuksan mo talaga don.

Like me, nilagay ng sender ko, 20pcs ng cosmetics, $30 lang declared value. Syempre nakakapgtaka ganun lang kamura, ayan na tax ako ng bongga. hahaha.

question po: halimbawa meron akong isang box (parang balikbayan box kalaki) full of clothes tapos ipapadoor to door thru dhl, considering binayaran na nung nagpadala yung fees sa bangladesh. may babayaran pa ba ako dito bago ibigay sakin yung box? if yes, may idea po kyo how much? kindly advise po. tnx.
