I don't think there is a fiance visa for immigrants.

If mag pakasal sila it will probably take 1 1/2 years para ma process.

Mga sis, pano po kung ayaw mo ilagay ang name ng relatives mo..I don't want to bother them kasi di naman kami close. But I would like to join a tour..pwede po ba ilagay ang Travel company and their address for the contact name and address?

my lolo, dad and brother applied for US visa last month. si lolo and dad, nakapunta na dun several times and were granted multiple entry visas each time they applied, never pa nadeny. si brother college student never pa nakatravel. they were interviewed at the same time, 1 question lang na-ask kay brother "what do you plan to do after college?" he said he will look for a job here in the philippines, most of the questions were directed to my lolo and dad. then the consul granted my lolo and dad 10 year multiple entry visas then denied my brother's application. so sad kasi purpose lang talaga niya is for vacation hindi pa nasabit..

siss, pwede sabay ang 1st time visa applicant and renewal? akala ko hiwalay ang line kapag renewal sa first time?

my husband and i got our multiple visas 2 years ago. we plan to go back to the US next year but with our baby na. she's currently 6 months old. if we'll apply for her visa, do we need to prepare documents again such as bank certificate, ITR? i'll inquire from their call center one of these days, just wondering if someone had the same situation and anong hininging documents or need iprepare. thank you!

sis - yes. ganun ginawa namin sa anak ko.   you need to show your NSO marriage cert, birth cert ng baby, bank cert etc.  parang kayo ang nag-aaply uli.  but normally bilis lang and normally approve yun baby.  tip lang is get the very first morning sched para di mainip ang baby.

^Sis ikaw mukhang marami nang experience sa ganyan.  Ako may 10yr visa per nagexpire na last May tas never ko nagamit =(  balak kong reason(and totoo naman talaga) parents kong nagapply sakin pero di naman ako pinatravel till I'm old enough which was 20yrs. old (last year)

Since nag 20 ako nagsimulang matatakan na yung passport ko...Malaysia, Singapore and Australia within less than a year. 

kaya lang eto mga problema ko:

1. show money?!?!?!! hahaha financially dependent ako in the big picture pero 21 nako.  Pwede parin ba yung assets ng parents ko? And sister ko nagbabayad ng gastos ko so yung financial assets nya ba rin ang papakita ko?

2.  I have minimal ties.  No job in the philippines and I'm on a student visa here in Australia...dito ako nagaaral ngayon.. ewan ko kung plus points ba yun or lalong lagot...

3. naggoogle ako, sabi ng iba minus points yung di ko paggamit ng visa ko...sabi naman ng iba plus points din kasi meaning naapprove nako before at mukha namang walang balak akong magTNT dun kasi mukhang di ako interasado masyadong pumunta.

Di naman minus ang non-usage of a visa...I didn this with my 3rd visa and I was able to renew easily after that. If anyone asks you, just say, you changed your mind in going. May magagawa ba sila dun?? Haha...also, pwede magsabay ang 1st time applicant and renewal kasi last I went for an interview, I got visas for my two kids and MIL, who were all 1st timers, mine was my 4th na...magpapasched ka naman together sa appt eh..although since the MIL is not an immediate relative (I used the phone appt), they made me call again to schedule her which cost additional..bummer

mga sis lagi ba puno ang appointment for interview sa US Visa? My sister and I are planning to buy the form pa lang tomorrow or sa wednesday and we have to get an appointment before sept 2 at least coz she's leaving na for singapore on the 6th, sa tingin nyo makakakuha kaya kami ng appointment before sept? mabilis ba mapuno yung schedules nila?

Mga sis, I need your help and opinion.

I'm 26 yrs old getting married next year, we're planning to apply for a visa for honeymoon.

* currently a trainor in a manufacturing company for 3.5 yrs
* owns a car
* paying a condo unit w/my fiance
* minimal savings in bank

Fiance:
*currently an IT consultant
*owns a car
*paying a condo unit
*minimal savings in bank

Do you think it's best to apply after the wedding? or it's best to apply before the wedding and we will have all the copies of all the contracts of our booked wedding suppliers.

Yung 2nd and 3rd ko kasi parehong single entry B1/B2 lang inissue na mga hindi ko ginamit, dalaga pa ko nun kaya nakaka-apat na ko...My 1st naman was an A1 (govt dependent) multiple indefinite visa (nung unang panahon pa LOL). Got this when my dad was sent abroad for US military schooling. I think I posted these already previously, hehe...kakaduling lang magbacktrack. Magrerenew na naman ako sa April kasi expiring na ulit itong 5yr visa na nakuha ko after I come back from San Francisco in March para sulit ang gamit. Awa ng Diyos, never pa naman na-deny kahit iba-ibang expiry dates.

Reminder lang pala. If your parents are going to apply, tapos kayo nagfill up ng form, admit nyo na dun. Kasi dami ko nakita kanina na pinabalik cause they had to fill out another form. Kawawa kasi mukhang di naman marunong kasi matatanda na.

Hubby and I are planning to the US for our bday and wedding anniversary and to visit our relatives that I haven't seen in many years. Do you think we have a chance if:

*Hubby supposed to work to the US (dependent nya ako). He was already approved for H1B visa by USCIS. He was scheduled for an interview/visa stamping when the employer called and told him that US is in recession so they would no longer need his employment.

*Hubby works at a prestigious software company for 3 years. I work at home as a developer. We have "underground biz".  Hubby has ITR, I have none.

*Have substantial money in bank/coop. TD and SA, all joint accounts (and/or).

*Parents have US and Canadian visas. They've been to US thrice. Mom currently in Canada. Older sibling is a Canadian citizen. Have aunts, uncles and cousins in US and are US citizens. I keep in touch with them.

*I've been traveling since I was little with my family. Hubby and I have been traveling around Asia especially on our birthdays and wedding anniversary. Si hubby sometimes due to work. We'd stay about 2 weeks at the most in one country.

*Will stay at my aunt's house when we go visit US. We'll shoulder our plane tickets, food and pocket money.

Anyone tried reserving a interview date?  I've scrolled from Aug 2010 to Nov 2012 and didn't find any available date.  Help!!

Pano ba nagwowork yung visa point?  Kailangan lang ba makahanap ng date na green yung highlight ng day then pagni-click reserved ka na?

^^Re kanino aamin, meron sa form diba. If you filled the form yourself, or if you were aided by someone else. Dun palang sa initial reception of documents (semi-interview) itatanong yun. Just answer truthfully, ako din madami nakita na hindi na nakaproceed sa interview talaga kasi pinabalik na. Ako nga tinanong kung kelan birthday ng mommy ko, eh biglang di ko maalala yung year, sinabi ko nalang yung age niya sabi ko "would you please do the math for me? natawa yung nag-interview sakin.

I got my visa! I applied for transit but they gave me 5-year multiple-entry visa!
