^^Intriguing nga.  Pa-share po ng outcome ha!

 I've been wanting to apply din for a US Visa.  Here's my case:

30y/o, Single, 1 child
Licensed Architect, MBA Graduate
Have travelled since 14y/o to HK, S.Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, Indonesia and China
No immediate family there, just a couple of Aunts and Uncles.  I'm planning to visit them and a few friends. 
The thing is, my baby's father works in the US for a cruise line.  His parents and brothers are already US Citizens.  Although we're not in contact anymore, will they bother question me about him/his family?

US Tourist Visa at Schengen Tourist Visa talaga ang dream ko (aside from Japan's - achieved ko na to, thank God)

May specified itineraries na nga ako at forecasted/projected total expenses for the whole trip.. Kaya talagang lalo akong nae-excite at ganadong ma-reach ang goal na to, -- inspired!! (easy iha - one at a time lang muna) 

Kaya impok ng impok sa banko at hayaang "amagin" majority of savings sa iisang account para plantsadong-plantsado at mabangong-mabango ang 'bank certificate' para sa application ng mga dream tourist visas ko, para kahit magpa-print out ng 1 year bank statement, hindi sesemplang

i just scheduled an appointment for hubby this morning kaso sept 28 nakuha kong date...i'm hoping na may mag-open pa na slot for last week of august para umabot sa sept 13 expiry ng visa nya.

Finally, i was able to get an earlier appointment on Aug 19! The Aug calendar has some days available on its 3rd and 4th week...Thank God!

pa join ako mga sis..

- 24 yrs old/single/female
- Have Bank Accounts, asset lang na naka pangalan sakin is yung car namin
- Board Member representative ako ng family owned company
- 1st time ko mag apply ng US Visa pero I've traveled to HK mga 13 yeras ago haha sobrang bata pa ko.
- My mom was denied the first time she appied for a US Visa pero was granted multiple the 2nd time she applied. Mga 1 week lang sila don ng sis ko nag tour lang sila
- My eldest sister applied the 1st time granted kagad Multiple US Visa
- Yung 2 sisters ko naman both are living in Canada na both have stable jobs.. YUng 2nd eldest Canadian Citizen na, yung 3rd eldest Immigrant.
- Yung 2 sisters ko sana yung mag sponsor ng trip ko to US and Canada.. Plan ko sana mag apply ng Canadian and US Visa next year para if ever ma approve summer yung pag punta ko don para ma enjoy ko daw yung stay ko..

Plan kasi namin ng sisters ko who are living in Canada na mag tour kami sa Toronto and sa New York..

May relatives kami sa States, My cousins and my tita lives there... My two cousins and my tita are citizens and yung sis nila immigrant palang.
Sa tingin niyo mga sis what are the chances na ma approve yung application ko?
Also matagal ba mag pa sched ng interview?

Hmm sabagay, wala din talaga kong "amor" sa mga "kabits" (lalake man o babae) Wag lang sila magkamali na sa buhay ko sila sumawsaw, at malalaman nila talagang MALI ang ginagawa nila (sinisiguro kong pagsisisihan din nila yon, at magpo-promise na --- hindi na po ako uulit)

magtatanong ba ang consul about sa contact person?  mag uusi ba si consul kung friend ba tlaga kayo nung contact person? tips [textspeak!] po ng possible questions. kasi yung contact person ko is cousin ng sisNlaw ko at hndi pa kami ng meet ever. kaya mega rehearse kami kung pano kami ngkakakilala. bka kasi tawagan sya. mga sis pls help!

^^hehe kaw talaga sis!  I'm sure nagdidiwang ka sa tuwa!  Oh well...sori na lang sya di sya nakalusot this time.  dapat nga thankful na rin sya na nakakuha sya before.  ang dami kayang nangangarap pa rin ng US visa (tulad ko!).

yehey, approved ako!

pero transit lang naman, pero apparently, madami padin nadedeny, kahit transit lang

anyhoo, eto mga tanong sa akin:

1. why do you want to go to the US?
2. what do you do (for a living)?
3. Have you travelled before? (sabay check sa passport ko)
4. (Upon finding that I have a multiple entry visa to UK) Did you study in the UK?
5. Do you have an itinerary? (I showed mine)
6. Do you have an invitation letter? (from mexico, where I'm going..showed it)

tapos ngumiti yung gwapong consul, sabay sabi: okay, your visa is approved.

Yehey!

Pinakawinner na narinig ko na mga tanong at sagot sa interview kanina:

consul: why are you not yet married hehe same question, consul)

consul: why do you want to go to the U.S?
girl: because I want to see the U.S
consul: so you want to go shopping?
girl: yes
 (tapos, nakita ko yung girl lumabas nakangiti so i think approve sya)

my husband and i got our multiple visas 2 years ago. we plan to go back to the US next year but with our baby na. she's currently 6 months old. if we'll apply for her visa, do we need to prepare documents again such as bank certificate, ITR? i'll inquire from their call center one of these days, just wondering if someone had the same situation and anong hininging documents or need iprepare. thank you!

Ok ba na reason to visit bf/gf in the US na immigrant or mas ma deny if yun yon reason to visit?

^it's scary sis they might use it as a reason to deny your visa because baka magTNT ka. maraming nadedeny pagmay relative sa states, kahit nga citizen yung relative nila e.  Eh sayo bf pa. 

But you can't lie about it either.  Just don't make it your main reason.

And better to focus on your ties in the Philippines. Like busiess or job, family, properties, etc.

mga sis ask ko lang po gano ba katagal mag pasched ng interview? also pag nag pass ba ng requirements kelangan kasama na yung passport? nakalagay kasi sa site ng US Embassy advisable na 3 months before departure mag pa sched to avoid delays, so parang 3months nasa kanila yung passport ko? Plan ko kasi mag apply ng Canadian Visa on March, if ever mabigyan ako mga June ako alis next year.. Pag nagrant ako ng Canadian Visa don pa lang ako mag aaply ng US Visa, since yung purpose naman ng travel ko is to visit my sisters in Canada, and then mag side trip sa NY.. Iniisip ko kasi baka matagalan yung processing ng papers, kung mga last week of March ako mabigyan ng Canadian Visa most probably mga 2nd week of April ako makakapag apply ng US Visa..baka hindi ako maka abot sa June..

my lolo, dad and brother applied for US visa last month. si lolo and dad, nakapunta na dun several times and were granted multiple entry visas each time they applied, never pa nadeny. si brother college student never pa nakatravel. they were interviewed at the same time, 1 question lang na-ask kay brother "what do you plan to do after college?" he said he will look for a job here in the philippines, most of the questions were directed to my lolo and dad. then the consul granted my lolo and dad 10 year multiple entry visas then denied my brother's application. so sad kasi purpose lang talaga niya is for vacation hindi pa nasabit..

kapag ba ang guy is greencard holder na and magpapakasal sa gf niya na nasa pinas, mga ilang years bago niya makuha ang gf niya(soon to be wife)? thanks.
