^ kami non kahit hindi kami nag-focus sa finance, we were all made to take accounting for non-accountants because even the other SAP modules have are integrated with finance. so imo, you need to have some sort of finance background to make it easier for you to focus on FI/CO.

are you not interested in other modules?

i used to be a vb programmer/analyst but i stopped working kasi di na ko masaya. i saw this ad from a consulting company that they are having a development program for aspiring SAP professionals. i applied and the rest is history. programming is my passion so i chose ABAP to be my field of expertise.

this is the best job that i've ever been with. every project is a challenge and will make you learn new and great things.

I'm also looking for a job that will train me in SAP.  I've been wanting to enter this field for a long time now, pero wala ako mahanap na willing ako itake as trainee, and di ko afford naman ang tuition.

^ ako naman mas gusto ko ng support kasi less presure compared to an implementation. Ang pinaka-ayaw ko sa implem pag go-live ng jan 1.

fellow abappers, can you give me an idea how much rate to be an instructor?
a friend of mine is inviting me to be a freelance instructor for their new hires and they are asking for proposal, kaso i don't have an idea sa pay rate.
training duration is 3weeks 8hrs/day. coverage is basic abap.

^you can try SGV, then pa-assign ka sa P&G client.
P&G uses SAP and marami silang contractors from SGV

Try applying in Chevron or Shell shared services.  They send employees to Texas for SAP training.

ako naman SAP SD for 3 years na...from first day na nag SAP ako implem agad napuntahan ko hanggang ngayon...but my salary is not that high compared sa labas...in other words the price is not right! i just want to ask if anyone here knows saan ako pwedeng mag-apply as an SD consultant na maganda yung pay...thanks!

After 7 years, i am back to SAP consulting. I missed this pero medyo naninibago ako. I did spport and SAP improvements for the past 7 years pero client side ako. Since i've experienced how it is to be a customer, naisip ko kung customer ko ang sarili ko nung nagsisimula pa lang ako, inaway ko ang sarili ko kasi wala akong alam non. Now i know better and i definitely know a whole lot more!
