thanks sis clueless...ok nga daw sa HP kaso mapagal ang promotion or increase pero mataas nga yung initial offer nila sayo...i believe umaabot ng 60k for a 3-yr experience...
how about sa SG? meron bang balita na maganda ang offer sa mga SAP consultants?

suggestion ko lang, if you are serious in sap career try to start in accenture. i have been with 3 companies and napansin ko iba talaga training in accenture. hard core

mababa nga lang talaga sweldo sa accenture pero it pays off in the future. i mean, after two years (bond) lipat na lang kayo and you'll realize good decision ang accenture.

naku. hanggang dito sa GT may SAP pa rin. hehe.

i'm the Project Manager for ERP implem ng company that i work for. i basically had zero knowledge when the project started, then picked up everything i know now from implem proper. konting training na lang, all-in-one na ata ako. Functional, BASIS at kapiranggot na ABAP. Today is actually the 1st day of implem for BOBJ. 2 months palang since our ERP went live.

Nakakapagod physically and emotionally pero fulfilling when you see a company as large as ours is running on a system that you played a major role to implement. my team is now acting as support of the company now that the warranty period of the implem partner is over. i must say, i'm proud of my kids!

Wow. In the 12 years i have been an SAP professional, wala pa akong na-encounter na nagsabing all-in-one na sila sa SAP. Not even my contemporaries nor my project managers have said that.

I am a functional consultant. I have an area of focus and even with multiple full cycle implementqtion projects and yearsof providing support, never ko masasabing all in one ako. I know some techno-functional consultants pero di din all in one tawag nila sa sarili nila.

^ move to in-house support so you can learn config, etc or move to a company as a trainee or junior.

was previously an SD consultant but shifted to SAP XI/PI..later will deal with ABAP, since yun talaga yung inapplyan ko..but I am loving PI now, so I am thinking if ipursue ko pa yung ABAP ko.. mas mataas pa sweldo ng XI/PI kesa sa ABAP sa ibang bansa hehe

I tried looking up Kaisa Consulting, and to be able to apply, you need to have a knowledge na of some ABAP thingy. I have 'Zero' knowledge in SAP talaga, i encounter SAP lang dito sa ofc., when we have SAP issues, concerns --> so most likely Tech'l/Helpdesk support lang ang na encounter ko so far..

I wanna shift to SAP-ing. just don't know how and what to do and expect, ang dami pa atang fields ng SAP.. Help!

^ you dont really need ABAP knowledge if you're going for functional. I'm a functional SAP consultant, 13 years and counting. I have zero ABAP knowledge. But i know almost everything, if not everything, there is to know about my modules.

May tips na yata dito before on how to shift to SAP. But i think a lot of SAP consulting companies now prefer experienced hires talaga.

si hubby may experience sa ABAP pero sayang hindi nagtuloy tuloy I wish makapag aral siya ng SAP para makapag shift na ng line. .net dev siya now
