Tips and suggestions on where to stay in Hongkong

Mga sis alam nyo ba kung ilan ang maximum adult na pwede sa isang room sa disneyland hotel?

^sis ang alam ko maximum of 4 pax including children and infants. I'm just not sure if they are strict with that.

We stayed at Marco Polo HK last September. We highly recommend this hotel.
- Walking distance to Avenue of Stars (Kahit na hindi kami natuwa sa tourist spot na ito haha)
- Walking distance to TST MTR station
- Hotel is beside City Gate mall and walking distance sa marami pang shops (Tiffany is just across, LV, Prada, etc)
- There's 7-11 downstairs kaya kahit off hours wala problem kung may need kami bilhin (like bottled water/ shampoo/ junk food etc)
- Beside the hotel meron free bus going to Kowloon MTR papuntang airport
- Malaki ang cut ng room kaya our son is very free to walk around at magkalat sa room hahaha
- Very neat ang room

We arrived here in hk yesterday and staying sa flat thru airbnb... Th flat is is along sharp street so tabing tabi Lang Ng Times Square as in tatawid ka Lang and nandun na. It's a 2br unit 1tb with complete kitchen amenities, table for 2, sala with a HUGE tv. :-) per room is good for two plus sofa bed yung sa sala.  So far overall experience is ok except the climb going up, no elevator kasi :-( it's on the 2nd floor Lang pero parang 3floors yung aakyatin mo, not recommended if may adult or kids na naka stroller. Going up pa Lang nahirapan kami in hubby mag akyat Ng maleta, good luck sa paguwi, heheh

We stayed at parklane hotel the last time we went to hk.  Ang weird ng parents ko.  Alam nila na luma na yung park lane but they still want to stay there everytime we go to hk.  Maybe because park lane has a very good location.

Hi everyone, I'm currently planning our HK trip. Sa Oct 29 pa naman kami pero nagsstart na ako maghanap ng guesthouse to stay in. Ask ko lang, ano mas recommended ninyo dito:
Cosmic Guesthouse
New Fiu Fai Guesthouse
Golden Crown Guesthouse

2 lang kami (couple) and major requirements include ensuite/private toilet and bath, near transpo location, allows luggage storage (8AM kasi dating namin and we plan on site seeing agad), with aircon, provides towels and toiletries.

Hello girls, may alam ba kayo na affordable place to stay near HKIA? 8:45pm kasi ang arrival namin sa HK, at nagwoworry lang ako na walang guesthouse na pumayag na sobrang late check-in (almost midnight na siguro kami makakarating kung sa city center pa ako mag-book). Although I tried booking a room at Golden Crown earlier today, I'm trying to look for other options na rin. Baka may alam kayo, I would really appreciate your help.

^ actually, late check-in is ok naman, just inform them na late kayo dadating. another option is the airport lounge. hubby stayed there a few days ago. very small place with a bed and shower tapos may meal pa.

Kaso baka mag-late check in na nga lang kami para comfortable din yung mom at pamangkin ko. Saka ang mahal pala ng pay-in lounge! Haha.

hi I just got back from hk with my friends and we stayed this time lanson place.  In fairness maganda and malaki yung rooms niya compared to other hotel rooms in hk like parklane and Langham place.  The only downside of this hotel is medyo malayo yung walk mo going to causewaybay center.  But my overall experience was great.  So I would recommend it there.

Mga sis help naman…sumakit na ulo ko back reading. We are going to hong kong in March 1 to march 4. Ang pinag pipilian kong hotels are BP International and Shamrock. prefer ko sana Shamrock kaya lang 1 lang ang free na kid. Di ba puede sneak in yung isa? Ages 10 and 6 lang naman sila eh..

sis, last june nag stay kami sa Golden Crown ok naman malapit sa mtr, yung New Fiu Fai same building lang sila ng Golden Crown..

We stayed in Stanford hillview hotel
Price: 18k++ for 4nights (4 star hotel)
Location: Fr/to Airport: 1 hour bus ride and 3 mins walk from bus stop. Hotel is at TST, pero malayo sa maingay na crowd ng shopping center. 10-15 mins walk sa nearest exit ng train. May malapit na 7-11 and wellcome mart - sa wellcome mart kami bumibili kasi mas mura dun saka mas madaming pagpipilian.
Room: Big enough for 2. Flat screen TV, bath tub, desk table, minibar, complimentary 2 bottled water replenished everyday. Binigyan kami ng fruits pagdating and chocolates naman the day before we left.
Customer service: okay naman. we request for an early checked-in at 10am, pinayagan kami.. so nakatulog pa kami before gumala.

Last year, we stayed at golden crown, Id say its a decent place to stay, its cheap and best of all, awesome location. This year I'm thinking of airbnb flat rental. Quad room in golden crown ranges from 600-650HKD, double 420-470 HKD. We're a party of 6 with a kid, for those who've experienced airbnb rental, which is better? and cheaper?

fully booked lagi ang golden crown kaya wala akong choice maghanap pa sa iba.. kaya ngayon naghahanap pa din ako..

anyway mga sissies, magkano binayaran nyo pa sa airport? sa clark kami.. terminal fee? at may babayaran bang travel tax pa? cebu pacific promo ang naavail nmen.
