Hi sis, thats why they are called ovulation predictor kits. Once nag positive na sya, in 12 hours mag oovulate kana.

BBT is the special thermometer right? Nagtry ako bumili dati, pero parang di ako marunong gumamit! hahaha! Every morning pag gising ko, chinecheck ko sarili ko, pero grabe, ang sabi sakin konti lang yung fluctuations, pero parang hindi.. I might be doing something wrong..

Yep, ako CD11 nagstart, nung nagka faint line na, twice a day na ako nagtake, depende sayo sis if gusto mo AM then PM. Basta atleast 12 hours apart.

Madali lang naman gamitin un sis, parang pareha slang dun sa regular na digital thermometer. Basta once pagka gising, take mo agad temp mo. Walang galaw galaw muna. So far, i got a constant temp for the first two weeks before ovulation, tapos nag peak, then mataas na, then another peak (kaya nagisip na ako na baka preggo na ako talaga) tapos ayon, hanggang ngayon, mataas ang temp ko. Which is I think normal talaga. Kasi pag pregnant, mas mataas talaga ang temp. 🤗🤗

Thanks so much for replying sis Regarding the thermometer, that's what I did, tinabi ko pa nga pillow ko para pag gising ko, direcho subo na I will try it again this cycle! Pag nag peak sa morning, that is the day na dapat mag BD right?

Question about OPKs, dalawang lines ba talaga lagi ang lumalabas, even if negative? Never kasi ako na 1 line lang, lagi 2 lines, pero iniinterpret ko as negative kapag yung Test line eh mas malabo kesa sa Control line. Once na maging magsing-color or mas matingkad, positive na sya.
