Yes sis di porke nagmens ka nagovulate ka na din. Only an opk can confirm you have ovulated.

   Sis..sa akin..based sa two cycles ko that I used OPK...everytime i see light two lines..di pa sia positive sa akin...mga after 2-3 days...yun super positive na sia..confirm ko using BBT..tumataas after 1-2 days na super positive sa OPK...gamitan mo sis ng BBT...kung light positive and next morning na di pa mataas BBT mo it means di ka pa ovulate..pero pag tumaas na above your coverline..it means you have already ovulated...

yes, tama sis purple.. always sabayan ng BBT. Mas accurate ang BBT kesa OPK. Since OPK is to confirm LH surging only. Pero since hirap i-timing the ovulation Day using BBT, thats why you need the help of OPK.

+OPK - surging of LH, to help to rupture the follicles pero doesnt mean you ovulate the next 24-36 hrs. But when it confirms with BBT spike, means, you ovulated nga. Kung walang spiking, di nag-ovulate (maybe our body trying to ovulate coz of +OPK pero di natuloy)

Sis i have a friend she has pcos too she almost always gets false positive results from both opk and pregnancy kits. Ilang beses na siya nagpositive sa opk at preg test pero after nag beta hcg test di naman siya buntis. Maybe because may hormonal imbalance ang pcos patient kaya not too useful sa kanila.

I just want to share my experience with Blue Cross OPK. I've finished 14 Kits (7 last January and & 7 this February) but I never got a positive result. Super faint test line lang on two test this month. Mali din ata timing ko to check e. 9-15 days after LMP ako nagcheck. I drink 15 glasses a day. By 2pm kasi nakaka-6 glasses na ako, so I think diluted na LH. I will try to limit my liquid intake next month pero sana naman, kahit -OPK ako, BFP na this month.

How do you determine kung ilang days ang luteal phase mo? Di ko kasi alam kung im the usual 14days or i am only 12days i need to determine it because i am using a period tracker and bbt charter on iphone..please enlighten me.
And mga sis usually what day kayo nagstart ng opk testing? Every other day niyo gingawa ba?

I use blue cross opk too kasi wala nako ibang makita na brand.i want to use the multiple use kit na kaso do not know where to buy those..every other day nagtest ng opk?

     Hello Sis...ako before inaraw araw ko...kaya 5 OPK tester in a box consume ko...pag kc every other day..feeling ko noon baka malagpasan ko ovulation...pero ngayon pahinga muna ako sa OPK tests...Regarding about determining your luteal phase...you have to do BBT charting...ideally sis..dapat take mo temp.sa first day ng mens mo...early morning before rising from bed and before doing anything..as much as possible same time  every morning...tuloy tuloy lang take..until makita mo na me pattern na ng pagtaas ng temp...Sa start ng mens mo..mababa ang makukuha mo na temp..until sa ovulation...After mag ovulate..doon tataas na...Start na ng luteal phase yun..start mo ng bilang sa unang pagtaas ng temp hanggang sa last na mataas temp mo before magmens...Makikita mo Sis pattern mga `1-3 months of doing BBT...hope this helps

I tested daily from CD9-15. Try to lessen your liquid intake sis para mas effective. Mahina sensitivity level ng blue cross e. I'm switching to ClearBlue, yung digital na. Will try it next month, sana effective.

Sa US sis, pero I bought up&up (1-month supply) instead of ClearBlue. Hassle to use ClearBlue kasi wala din test strips na available dito. $44 yung ClearBlue, you can buy it also online medyo mas mapapamahal nga lang dahil sa shipping. Sana up&up would give me a positive test this cycle.

Have you tried yung clear blue fertility monitor, not the digital/OP kits? Feeling ko lang in the long run mas matipid at madaling gamitin ang fertility monitor kasi it stores information from your previous cycles. For example, nung una ko syang gamit, CD6 pa lang, pinapa test na ako nung monitor, hanggang mag peak. It's my fourth cycle of using this and now CD 10 na nya ako simulang pina pa test kasi in the previous cycles naman I don't get the "highs" until CD 12 or 13. And when it starts indicating high, start nang mag schedule ng BD.

Sabayan pa ng Fertility Friend monitoring online, tugmang tugma talaga ang monitor against the predicted ovulation at menses (kung dadating nga si AF - sana this cycle hindi na sya dumating!). Anyway, hanggang mag decide si AF na mag leave for 9 months, tuloy tuloy kong gagamitin si monitor.

At the same time, sinasabayan ko pa ng acupuncture, herbs, at pre-conception vitamins...so sana umpekto na!

Update lang. I said on my previous posts  that I never got positive results using OPKs, but guess what? After 10 months of trying, I got a positive pregnancy test! I was doubtful pa the first time, kasi medyo faint line lang as I tested in the evening. Medyo OT na ata ako. I'll post on the other threads what I did to finally conceive. Pray harder lang mga sis!

        Sa watson sis..meron..600 ang isang box..5 strips laman...accurate naman sia...three cycles ko na nasubukan..

2nd cycle ko using an opk. yung unang cycle ko inabot ako ng 60 days hindi man ako nang ovulate kaya i took prevera. then last march 12 cd1 ko. and yesterday i took opk last cd 11-13 faint line. but yesterday meron akong ovulation pain kaya i took an opk at 6:30pm and 8:30 pm i got a positive opk. and knina lang umaga around 10:30am positive na naman sya. haay im hoping after 2 weeks BFP na ang HPT ko. we've been ttc for 8 years now..  but im not loosing hope..
