sis, when it says positive.. meaning, you're about to ovulate hours later, usually a day later.. Nag-surge na LH (hormone), triggering the rupture of ovarian sac, lalabas ang egg cell. So dapat, Baby dance kayo 2-3 days before ovulation para andyan lang si sperm cells naka-abang paglumabas na si egg cell. Remember, 24 hrs lang si egg cell rarampa kaya better BD prior ovulation to during ovulation.

Hi Sis honeys! Good thing nakabili ka na ng OPK kit..! sis mga around 2-5 ka test ng hapon, i hope mag work din sa yo..hay naku sis..inaraw araw namin ni hubby.....inumpisahan namin nung i thought eh nag ovulate na ako nung 17th day..nung me cervical mucus ako..eh kaso nga lagi namang negative OPK ko..tapos di pa taas BBT ko...so nag opk ako ulit...day 20-21 nagpositive...eh di ariba na naman kami ni hubby ng for two days... gusto ko nga sana every other day lang eh..kaso kelangang humabol...ewan ko lang sis kung me nabuo..kc nung time na nagpositve na for two days konti na lang lumabas ke hubby...parang natuyuan na sa 5 days straight of baby dance hehe....kaya nga siguro nga next time eh every other day na lang baby dance saka every other day na lang me test OPK...since alam ko na nagwowork naman pala sia at pwedeng di ko araw arawin test..
        Di ko sure sis eh kung ano ba talaga dapat skedule  ng baby dance...sabi ng ibang OB..dapat daw everyday kung normal naman spermies ni hubby..some says..every other day...sabi naman ng iba..dapat daw twice a day...pero ang sabi naman ng nabasa ko..the first time na magpositve OPK mo..within 24-36 mag ovulate ka...at doon na magtiming ng baby dance...mas ok sis kung sasamahan mo ng BBT kc sabi once nagpositive na OPK mo..within 1-3 days..tataas BBT mo...at based on my experience tumaas talaga sia.. 2 days noong nagpositive OPK...Goodluck and God Bless Sis! kasama kayong lahat sa mga prayers ko na sana ay mabigyan na tayo ng mga little angels natin! all out na ito sis, been drinking grapefruit na din for CM naman..we'll try to baby dance siguro at least every other day na lang on my fertile days till ovulation onwards just to make sure!

yey! cd14 got positive opk, first time to use this, i started at cd10 till last night nag positive na though medyo faint yung second line, wala lang na excite lang ako to see positive,.sana after 2ww BFP din makita ko..

yes sis true..masaya na nakaka excite nga yung feeling to see positve kahit s opk lang, i tried uli kanina, positive p din! ang dami kong cervical mucus sis, effective din s akin yung grapefruit! Pano pa kaya yung preg test na talaga tapos makita ko na positive wheww! i claim it na nga sis na this is it na! si hubby pinapa inom ko din ng promegranate na juice! Pray pray pray us sis!

^thanks sis..i also asked my cousin who's a nurse in the UK if she can buy me the digital one. she said she'll see if she can buy it over the counter.  do you need a prescription to buy this?  i know we can here in the phils, i'm not sure sa ibang bansa though

i really need this kasi irreg yung period ko. i'm already taking provera for months now and somehow nag-28-30-day cycle naman kaso hindi pa rin consistent. may months na nag-26, this month 36 days naman. so it's kind of hard to predict the exact date i'm ovulating so we're advised by my OB to BD every other day for 10 days para ma-timingan yung pag ovulate ko kayalang nakakapagod rin yung every other day

paano ba yan gamitin?
nakalagay sa ibat ibang website na from jan 4-10 nagrrange fertile period ko, pero nagtest ako kagabi ng OPK, negative sya eh..

 Sis..if possible..araw arawin mo test..medyo mahal nga lang opk test ..saka try mo ng hapon test..2 hours before you take the test..dapat konti lang fluids na inumin....last month..naka 8 strips ako na gamit bago nagpositive...

guys [textspeak!] OB ko meron [textspeak!] OVUTEL...u can search online..how to use it...nkabili ako sa knya..bka mging available na din dw sa market.ABBOTT Lab ang distributor...its a microscope and by using your fresh saliva under your tongue..madali [textspeak!] gamitin...pero needs more practice..
its a lifetime use na sya...

Hello Sis,

I would recommend clear blue ovulation monitor,, sasabihin nya kung kailangan nyo na mag test and after a few minutes labas na result kung high.. fertile or peak ovulate na kyo.. time to make baby na =)
baby helpful.. dito din kami nakabuo.. kasi sometimes nagiiba yung cycle natin sa pag ovulate.. good na may monitoring

^Hi sis tam-tam

Yung sa amin nabili ko from a blogshop  sa Singapore. Yung mga nabibili kasi from Watson's etc are the one-time use lang, or the strips that you use for the monitor. The monitor tells you kung "high" fertility period ka or "peak ovulation" para ma-timing nyo nang husto yung bd ninyo. At the same time, hindi ka din pressured to have contact every day.
