APPLE CIDER VINEGAR for weight loss?

Started drinking this na. I start with 1TBSP on a 16oz water with 1tsp honey tapos nilalagyan ko ng ice. Hindi ko type pag hindi malamig. Pag malamig parang, watered down juice lang ang taste for me. I drink this with meals pero dinner pa lang. Nakakalimutan ko lagi magbaon sa office pag for lunch eh. And I drink with straw para hindi masyado diretso sa teeth.

Ako din wala na ako makita malapit sa area ko. Dati nakakabili ko sa Puregold Kalentong, pero now ilang beses ko na nicheck wala. Nag try na rin ako Robinson at SM Supermarket, wala.

I found Braggs na sa Landmark supermarket. Pero I got the ACV drink. Masarap naman siya sana same effect

Masarap ang ACV + honey + juice (can be apple juice, cranberry juice, etc) + lots of ice!

finally got a bottle of Bragg's apple cider
I did took one spoon pero pure at hindi ko hinalo sa water
as in... okay lang ba yun? hahaha

Effective pa din ba ang ACV with ice? Nagtetake din kasi ako ng lemon water and mas effective daw yun pag warm lang inumin.

Ako I take 2 tbps of ACV with 1 tbp of honey + unting warm water. I take it bago matulog.

first day of doing the 2 tbs of bragg's + 1 glass of water before meals (so i did it 3 times).
pero bakit mas ganado pa amo kumain today? As in maya maya yung cravings ko,
nakakaloka kasi ang dami ko talaga nakain. Mas madami pa ako nakain ngayon compared nung holidays.

All in the mind lang ba ito? I will try to continue padin for a week. I hope it really works.

mura na ba o mahal ang 984ml acv  na Braggs? P500 ang sellig price nya. authentic naman daw.

Wag sis, delikado inumin ang ACV directly kasi acid yun at nakakasira ng ngipin. Halo mo sa water before inumin.

naka-apat akong tindahan (robinsons, sm supermarket, healty options glorietta at rustan's supermarket) pero wala akong nakita buti na lang merong healthy options sa rustan's at merong apple cider vinegar. malaki na iyong binili ko (32oz.) para matagal maubos pero mukhang marami akong pag-gagamitan so baka bumili ulit ako sa susunod.

effective talaga ito sa akin pag alam kong uubuhin ako. makati kasi lalamunan ko noong friday. medyo malat pa nga ako at alam ko uubuhin na ako pero ininuman ko na agad ng apple cider pag-uwi ko ng gabi (kakasimula ko lang ng araw na iyon) ngayon di na makati lalamunan ko at di na rin tumuloy sa ubo.
