APPLE CIDER VINEGAR for weight loss?

Mga sisses, i just discovered na we can make our own unfiltered apple cider vinegar pala. It's basically the juice you get off fermented apples. You can find the recipe in youtube or google it. Basically, it's just apple, water and sugar. Nakakaloka kasi maghanap ng bragg's sa market. Just the other day my mom was able to buy, 1 bote lang kasi mabigat na daw dala niya, 3 days after, nun bibili ako sold out na everywhere dito samin. We'll try to make our own acv    sabi ng iba sa youtube hindi na sila bumibili ng bragg's kasi they can easily make their own.

First time ko uminom kanina nito. Ok naman lasa nya for me. Hindi na lang ako humihinga habang umiinom. Hehe. Btw, nakabili ako last saturday lang sa Landmark grocery sa trinoma mga sis.

Some puregold branches meron na Bragg ACV like Puregold Avenida. I saw a granny bought one..  around P200 per bottle not sure if ito yung mother version ng bragg. So check puregold branches baka meron na sa inyo

I got mine before sa Unimart, Greenhills na Bragg - Mother.

di ko kaya ang acv in the morning. i read that you can take a tablespoon at night with a glass of water so that's what i'm doing now.

we bought ours from S&R. one giant gallon yata yon for more or less P500?

3 months na akong nag aa ACV (Bragg)

mabilis maubos sa healthy options,

but found 3 different brands sa SM Supermarket,

from 155lbs nasa 142 lbs na lang ako... mas mabilis ako mabusog at di na masyado extra rice

i drink 3x a day, pag gising, after lunch and before sleeping

It is not enough for weight loss. Napansin ko for myself, konte lang weight loss from apple cider. If you really want to lose weight, add exercise and proper diet. Natural food lang kainin.

i got mine from S&R as well, yung 1 gallon i just forgot the brand.

hindi naman sya for instant weight loss so we can't expect it to be a miracle worker. nothing can instantly make us lose weight anyway overnight, so kahit uminom pa tayo ngayon ng tatlong litrong ACV combined with other slimming products at circuit training, malayo naman sa katotohanan na magkaron tayo agad ng hourglass figure from being coca-cola in can or 1.5, diba?

i love acv ! i mix it with my water and drink it daily. i also drink it raw sometimes to get rid of sugar cravings. i use it as a toner for my face and starting tomorrow I'm gonna use it for my hair as well. make sure the brand you buy is "with the mother" para mas effective!

Hello sissies.

Yung mixture ko is 1tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp ACV and 1 kalamansi sa one cup of lukewarm water.
Twice a day ako umiinom, every morning after I woke up and before bedtime.
So far so good, four days pa lang ako umiinom, from 73 kilos, 71 kilos na lang ako. (maybe just water)
But syempre combined sya nang exercise and no-rice diet (i eat oatmeal instead with any ulam)
Ang gaan nang feeling and lagi ako nag popoop. So I think it's working for me.
Will try 2tbsp ACV pag nakaya ko na yung lasa. And gawin ko ring 3 times a day for maximum effect.

I cant stand ACV talaga kahit may honey or sweetener pa. lasang paa talaga. pero ittry ko pa din for the sake of beauty
