kasi nung nasa beijing kami last year grabe ang galing nung nagfoot massage sa amin. gamit daw nila tcm. siguro mga 4-5 days kami ng sister ko sa beijing na lakad ng lakad pero pag katapos ng foot massage nawala lahat ng sakit ng katawan namin. sobrang relaxing yung feeling. the best foot massage talaga yun. siguro pag pupunta ako ng beijing babalik ako dun sa tcm center na yun.

sana ganun din yung massage sa shenzhen. kasi mukang di naman ako pwede bumili dun kung maliliit ang size ng damit. sight seeing na lang at massage ang pwede ko magawa dun.

^yup sis. and super mura pa.. maraming spa dun na you can stay 24hrs. then afrter mo massage sa room (body massage) pwede ka magstay ng 8hrs dun para matulog.. try Queen's Spa or Watewr Cube Spa. may mga marunong mag-english dun.. barok nga lang pero magkakaintindihan naman kayo..

Food is pretty much everywhere.

really miss beijing. had fun and enjoy our tours. we satyed at Capital hotel, walking distance to some attractions. taxi is not a problem. but i preferred walking to shop, it's winter last year when we were there...enjoy to the max talaga

Hubby and I (with our teen) applied for our visas yesterday and pick up is on wednesday. Application was a breeze given na complete ang dala mong requirements. I just can't seem to compare with the US embassy, ang ingay kasi sobra sa Chinese embassy. Also, you don't need to pay pala once denied application mo which is good, hindi sayang money unlike naman sa US embassy.

We're excited for our trip and right now I'm checking on private tours. We really wanted to maximize our 4 full days in beijing given that we included a half day trip to a ski resort. We're hoping talaga na may open pa for last week of march.

Hello girls! I've already backread and I know most of you suggested a DIY tour instead of a travel agency. Pero kasi, I'll be going with my mom and aunt and I think it is best to purchase a travel package na lang. Kung ako lang or with some friends, I'll definitely DIY it, pero kasi I'm going with older peeps. What do you guys think?

I have other questions: How's the weather in August? Is it hot? Kasi ayokong pumuntang if it is going to be too hot.

Yung travel packages for 4 days nasa $350 - $450. Is that fair? Any cheap packages you can suggest. We are planning to stay in a 3 or 4-star hotel kasi ayaw ng mommy ko sa hostels.

And if we avail a travel package naman, the agency will take care of our visas, right?

^strictly speaking for first time applicants, yes. Although depende din kasi when we had a company sponsored famtour to Beijing for our top agents hindi hiningan yung ibang first time visa applicants na kasama namin sa group. It was all arranged by a travel agency.
