Hello mga sis, I'm into lending business din pero parang financier lang ako.. hindi direct sa akin. I like it this way kasi less hassle on my part sa paniningil..and at the same time guarantor sila.

Been doing this for 2 years na yata and so far so good, ... Lumalaki ang puhunan, lumalaki rin ang interest that I receive monthly.

I'm into this kind of business also. My clients are office mates but I have one officemate who serve as the front liner not me. She serves as the coordinator and search for referrals. She receives commissions from me.

I started with P80K and in less than a year, i have earned P140k as interest.

This kind of business is risky but worth it.

It's a give and take business, you help the needy and they help you in return.

what collateral do you require?

Been doing small time lending business with the help of my mom. Pag di nya binigyan ng go signal, di ko pinapahiram. Pinakamalaki ko nang napahiram was 3k per person, and most of them, "tauhan" din ni mama sa business nya.

My mom used to lend money (10% interest in 1 month) sa mga tricycle driver malapit samin.

i stopped my personal pautang na :D

this time, i have a sinking fund with a few of my teammates and pinapa-utang namin sa office lang din.  10% ang tubo payable in 2months (4gives in total, every sweldo). we started last january this year and 2k ang pinaka-big na amount na pinapautang namin for 1 person.

so far, so good naman.  mga 4k na ang nalalabas namin per sweldo time.

tiyagaan lang talaga sa paniningil and make sure na magbabayad on time ang mga pauutangin.

sis, you can make up any document that you like.  Just include the following details:

1. Date borrowed
2. Name of borrower & co-maker (guarantor)
3. Address of borrower
4. Contact number of borrower
5. ATM details (collateral information)
6. Amount borrowed
7. Interest rate
8. Loan terms (how many payment)
9. Total amount to be paid at end of loan terms
10. Final date when loan should be paid
11. Signature of borrower & co-maker (guarantor)
12. Signature of witness

But this is not legal unless you have it notarized or your business is registered with the government.
Although, it would still be safe that you have some piece of document that can be used in disputes.

Just wondering if pano maging legal to sa government. pano i re register to sa dti and bir?
