nagbaba na ako ng rates... sumunod ako sa Bangko Sentral

before, i was lending at 6% per month rate. Ngayon 4% per month na lang.

para maramdaman naman ng mga nautang ang pagganda ng ekonimiya... actually, gusto ko silang i-alis sa mga 5-6 na inuutangan nila

i also started this kind of business late last year. I started with 10,000 as my initial capital, i get 5% interest monthly for the principal borrowed. And i only let very trusted friends to borrow from me. Yung talagang close na close ko lang and alam ko na magbabayad talaga.. and i dont make my business public, talagang yung pwede lang mangutang ang nakakaalam. haha.. kaya though lending is a risky business, namiminimize ko dahil sa mga ganyang strategy. LOL.

dati meron nito ang BDO, 60k lang ang minimum to open an account. alam ko ngayon wala na.
even if you browse their webiste, wala ng information about the Smart Guarantor Card.

Hello, does anyone of you offer loans sa mga freelancers like me. I'm a photographer kasi and I want to expand my business by buying more equipments. But since i've been freelancing for the longest time. I don't have the necessary requirements to apply for a regular loan sa bank. I understand naman that they need someone na may regular work. Eh pano yung mga tulad ko na may regular income naman but not necessarily working in a company? $:-\$

^anything that puts an interest of 20% in 1 or 2months is called 5-6; kahit pa daily or weekly or monthly ang singilan

^sis di sya 5/6. yung term na 5/6 kasi is 20% interest per month (paying 600 pesos for a 500 peso loan).

Mga sis, naku. Parang kinabahan naman ako. $:-\$
Anyway, here is my business strategy, capital of 100K, loanable amount is minimum of 10K and maximum of 20K, 6% interest per month, 2 mos. to pay. What do you girls think? Been reviewing this type of business for like a year now. Ang dami kong kakilala na yumaman talaga with this. I'll be getting the payroll ATM as the collateral too, of course that's where I will be getting their payments.

^tama sis,nakakatakot pag malaking amt na. mas ok kung maliliit lang pero sa mas madaming clients. may maging problema man sa payments, di masyado malaki impact.
