TIA. :)

I used to do this inb my previous company. From a starting capital of 15k (which I also loaned from our company), it grew to 150k+ in a span of 1 year. Maliliit lang mga pautang ko. Ranging from 3k to 15k, depending on the position of the employee in the company. No joke. I would like to do this again sana, problem lang, I don't work for a company anymore. I have my own small business. It's very hard to loan to people you don't know or see everyday.

im going to start this next month sa province namin, my sister will manage this for me while im overseas, we will start at 10k
here's our computation.

they can only borrow 500 php or 1000 php for a start (katakot pag malaking pera na)

1 month to pay

500 + 5% = 525 pesos (17.50 per day or 131.25 per week)
1000 + 5% = 1050 pesos ( 35 per day or 262. 50 per week)

55 days or 8 weeks  to pay

500 + 10% = 550 pesos (10 per day or 68.75 per week)
1000 + 10% = 1100 pesos ( 20 per day or 137.5 per week)

then pag ok naman, i will add may capital, good luck sa ating lahat.

^hi sis, do you ask the borrowers to fill up a form and sign it?
and if yes, what personal details do you ask them to provide you?

thanks

walang boundary tuwing sunday kasi rest day.

it includes the name and address of the borrower.

I've been doing it for more than 5yrs na, no worries. But never sa mga tricycle in which to take the OR/CR. Pero BIL ko na maghihandle nito :)
Thanks!

share ko lang...

ever since i posted in here that i'm into this type of business, i got several request/inquiry on how they (unknown people) can loan from me.  the amount varies from 10k to 30k, etc.

the fact are:
1.  i loan only small amounts (500 to 10,000)
2.  only to those i personally know or is working in the same company i'm at

what puzzels me is:
1.  if those person says that they can pay me in 4 gives, etc, then they have money.
2.  they say that they are employed or with business and are willing to cover the loan with PDC
3.  why not loan from SSS? or Pag-ibig or your company if you're employed?
4.  if you can issue PDC then you have a bank account.  why not loan from banks?
5.  why not loan from credit lending company?
6.  why not loan from ChinaTrust? I know they can loan you 3x your salary with just your 1 month pay slip and employment certificate as requirement

sorry, but it boggles me.  let me put it on reverse.  would you give money to someone you don't know?

sure, they will issue PDC.  but PDC are just that. post-dated. they can be unfunded too.  maybe if you'll issue me a manager's check i'll reconsider.

they will give their atm card... i'm a user of online banking and i can transfer the entire amount of my atm card to my cash card in just a few clicks of the mouse.  heck! i can even do it with a few clicks on my mobile phone.

atm is not a guarantee.

so pls... do me and yourself a favor.  don't message me in FN, eBay or any other account i have, just to say that you'd like to borrow money.  i have none.

to those asking me for a copy of the lending excel sheet, i might be late in sending them, but i do send them because i want to share the knowledge...

thanks!

hello,

me & my mom is planning to enter this kind of business, hopefully will start next month...our target market are teachers [based in our province], w/ 5% interest only. since my mom is a teacher itself at matagal na sa service...halos kakilala nya na lahat. collateral yong mga atm nila ibibigay nila as a collateral, then kami na din ang magwi-w/draw ng mga sahod nila, or course their changed will be return back too. since sa province kami naka base, naisip ko na safe naman...kc di naman basta2 nagre-resign ang mga teacher, sa hirap ba naman makakuha ng slot para ma-permanent ang item nila, kaya in short di kami matatakbuhan/matakasan, LOL ;D

sa mga sis natin na medyo matagal na sa business na to...pwedeng bang maka hingi ng sample copy ng contract/agreement, gusto ko din kasi na may legal document kaming hahawakan, thank you and goodluck to all of us  ;)
