sis betty is right, selling of clothes will give you an instant income of 30% to 100%... the only problem is you will have an inventory on this type of business.  unless you sell anything, your money is actually sleeping.

as with lending, you will earn interest every day or every 15days

kung sa palengke ka magpapa-utang, learn the following:

1.  is there any competition? how much is the on-going rate?
2.  ikaw ba ang maniningil or kukuha ka ng tao?
3.  daily? weekly? or twice a month?
4.  since the persons will use it as capital, then they will probably borrow from 5k to more

if you're ready on the above and have thought it thru, then go ahead
but if you think the needed capital is big, then try lending to tricycle drivers instead
tricyle drivers normally will just borrow 1k to 1k from you and will pay on a daily basis
as for your collateral, ask for the registration of the tricycle

you will hold the registration until such time that he has paid all his debts

huwag kang m-shock! magtanong ka lang ang you'll probably notice that other small lending are asking for more

we used to have this kind of business sa dati ko office, 10 kameng magkakaibigan parang saving style sa umpisa na kapag may gustong umutang sa members papatungan ng 3% a month lang tapos installment ng member plus pay pa siya sa savings niya every month, dat time P250 per share...super patok siya kasi i think un savings namin na dinidistribute sa members tuwing november, halos kalahati ng laki ng savings namin ang tinubo...

so what we did the following year di kame nag add ng members, iniba un style ndi na savings style kasi mahirap nga naman maglibot tuwing payday..lahat ng members nag bigay ng pera one time lang depende kung ilang shares gusto nila basta P5000 isang share..ang plan e ipapautang namin pag members 3% a month, kapag non members 5% a month basta may guarantor na members o 2 kaopisina na hindi member pero permanent sa work..last year me and now my husband were planning to get married na, so part of our savings we placed there P50,000 un, at the end of the year our P50,000.000 became P78,000.00..in just 11 months it earned 28,000.00, not bad diba? super happy kame kasi ang laki ng nahelp nun sa wedding preps namin... :)

^--- that's called a multi-purpose coop
we have that too here in our company, the money is manage by big bosses and payment is deducted sa salary
so, walang lusot

but just like sis imloveholic, those with BFF at work with extra money can do this
kaylangan lang ng masipag at honest na taga-hawak ng pera, maliit lang puhunan from each member pero dahil sa collections at tubo, madaling lumaki ang pera

miss ko na tuloy mga friends ko sa dati ko office..wala kasi ganto dito sa bago ko office e, medyo shy naman ako iopen up kasi alam mo na baguhan pa lang baka ako pahawakin ng pera yoko naman ganun, hehe...im working in a justice hall, tinayo namin yung ganun business dati para at the same time makahelp na din sa mga kaopismates, no need to apply for a loan sa gsis o supreme court with so many documents to submit kapag bigla kailangan ng pera...

Sana nga magkaron din ng savings sa office namin o ganung klaseng lending, kakamiss...Minsan observe ko mga kaopismates ko lalo na yung mga pamilyado wala ginawa kundi magloan, no choice sila kundi magsubmit ng kung ano anong documents tapos ipepay ng 2 years, hassle diba pano kung konti lang need mo money o kaya gusto mo one year, hindi kasi pede ganun e..nakafix na two years...tsaka ayun din pampapangit ng pay slip, hehe napupuno sa loan e, hehe.. :) :D

the wife of my friend is into lending also, her interest naman is 10% a month.
she asked me if i want to lend also with the same rate of interest, sabi ko sige, pero try ko muna small amount just to be sure.

meron din na kakilala ng hubby ko yung pinahiram ko, wala na nga tubo, hindi pa binabalik yung utang mag 1 year na.

Pa-share lang mga sis. Just the same na meron mga sumasablay sa payments. Meron din sana okay na nagpapahiram..

My case is I borrow 20k every 2 months. The money I use to expand my business. The interest nababawi ko naman sa negoyso. I have a day job which pays well. But I have an on the side which is yun pagka-biyahera ko.

Naiinis lang ako kasi meron ako hinihiraman and nambibitin.  Ang sistema is PDC. 20k, 2 months to pay. 1st month na check 11k. 2nd month na check 10,5k. It's almost a cycle. I'm a good payer. Lahat ng tseke ko walang tumatalbog kasi takot ako sa ganyan ah!

Ang sa akin lang wag sana sabihin na magre-release if wala naman magre-release. Kasi shempre tulad ko and marami pang humihiram ng $$$ inaasahan namin yun eh :( I've been with this borrower for more than a year na hah and I think magandang negosyo na din nabigay ko sa kaniya.

I'm just sharing mga sis. Just the same that they want to get payments on time. Alagaan naman nila yun mga kliyente na nagbabayad on time ng tama. Haay.

^Sis, I think it depends on the duration of the loan. But so far I'm seeing 5% per. mo. as average dito sa mga post ng sisses natin.
