i am super interested in this kind of business. pero usually ang uso dito sa eh you keep the atm. and its 3-5% interest monthly. if ever for example you invest in this kind of business, how long yung ROI? tia!

ROI is super fast.  For example, I have a capital of 4000 and lend it to A and B at 2000 each with an interest of 6% per month for 2months.
The payment is every 15 and 30.  560 for Person A and 560 for Person B.

[2000 + (2000 x 6% x 2)] / 4 = 560

On the 15th of the month, person A and B will each pay 560.  I will have 1120 on hand and decided to lend the 1000 to person at 6% per month for 1month.

[1000 + (1000 x 6% x 1)] / 2 = 530

On the 30th of the month, Person A and B will each pay 560, while person C will give 530.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 530 + 120 on hand or 1770.  I decided to lend person D the 1500 at 6% per month for 1month.

[1500 + (1500 x 6% x 1)] / 2 = 795

On the 15th of the 2nd month, Person A and B will each pay 560, while person C will give 530 (person C is now fully paid), person D will pay 795.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 530 + 795 + 270 on hand or 2715.  I lend 2500 to person E at 6% for 2months.

[2500 + (2500 x 6% x 2)] / 4 = 700

On the 30th of the 2nd month, Person A and B will each pay 560 (fully paid), while person D will pay 795 (fully paid), and person E will pay 700.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 795 + 700 + 215  or 2830

You can go on and just keep the ball rolling.  You can notice that after 2months, I have earned an interest of Person A (60 * 4), Person B (60 * 4), Person C (30 * 2), Person D (45 * 2), Person E (75 * 4) or 930.  My capital is still intact, since I'm just lending it from 1 person to the other.

^ thanks for the explanation. medyo alinlangan din ako magstart ng ganito business because the figures stated above are the ideal. but we all know na maas malaki yung risk ng di pagbalik ng pera mo. as you've said sis, walang nakukulong sa utang. a friend na ganito yung business once said: " pag nagpautang ka, you expect na hindi na babalik yung pera. kase malaki talaga yung chance na tatakbo yung kumuha or for some reasons eh hindi ka na mababayaran. bonus and swerte na lang pag nagbayad religiously."

still, interested pa din ako. hehe..

Here are some tips:
1.  always require an atm as collateral.  make sure that the job the person has is stable.
2.  talk to his friends or someone who knows the person to check for his/her background.
3.  never give in to tears and pleas of a known swindler.  maraming tao na buhay na yata ang mangutang.  utang sa isa para ibayad sa existing na utang.  huwag na huwag magpa-utang sa ganitong tao
4.  allow renew only if its the last payment of the person, because this would mean that you already have the capital and is only waiting for the interest.

2.  Regular sa trabaho
3.  Maliit lamang kung mangutang

NO kung:
1.  Kilalang maluho sa buhay.
2.  Tadtad ng utang sa ibang tao.

i already tried this small lending business okay talaga ROI. yung sa akin is 3% monthly interest lang siya. Daily collection (excluding Sundays) of 20php per day ang each 1k. For a 1k na utang it will be paid within 53 days or almost equivalent to 2 months so interest will be 60php for the whole duration. Pag 5k utang so daily collection is 100php a day. Maybe next back to bisnis na naman ako.

^ wow... super tyaga mo or ng collector mo. everyday talaga ang singilan? ang alam ko lang na ganyan is yung mga bumbay (5/6) sa mga palengke and tindahan. ang alam ko kase kalimitan swelduhan ang singilan. using the ATM nga. mas ok ba yung daily na singilan sis? mas maliit ba risk na tatakbuhan ka dahil mas maliit ang hulog?

^---masarap ang daily.  You will see your money grow day by day.  Pero I suggest that you do get a person na syang maniningil.
