I'm using hair keratin treatment from HBC. Super effective naman :)

I agree, but sakin mas love ko naman yung HBC coco milk hot oil treatment. :D

Puro OOS kasi aloe vera, madalas pomegranate brown rice and papaya lang available. Thanks :)

yes sis same lang kame. pareho kasi color treated hair namin. makapal kasi strand ng buhok nya. hindi sya nakakaweigh down natame lang yun frizz sis. sya kasi binabad nya ng mas mtagal sa hair ako sandali lang.

natry ko na verdon na pomegranate, aloe, coconut ska milk. aloe is thw best for me.

aloe two thumbs up ako dito.

My hair is permed and colored with highlights so damaged talaga sya. I use ashley keratin treatment as my daily conditioner.  malambot sya sa hair. Then i just started using kerastase oleo relax.  I noticed super lambot ng hair ko and di na sya mabilis mag tangle. I plan to do this once a week para by May pag nag pacolor and curl ako ulit e healthy na sya. :)

Interesting yung verdon. I'll try that pag naubos na yung ashley ko.

I started using missha hair treatment. Spray siya for everyday use l. I had straight long dry hair. But im using it for 3days na and i saw effect already. Malambot hair ko and hindi dry. Hindi din oily which i experience on some hair essence. I love it :)

For me, my hair is naturally thick and healthy so I maintain it by staying away from heating tools as much as possible. But I also supplement it with:

1. Coconut oil, best if warm, on my hair and scalp for as long as I can. Sometimes I have it on for 5 hours, while I'm resting at home.

2. Currently trying out an insta shop's Skala Keratina Treatment. It's good naman. It controls frizz and has silicone so it smoothens my hair and it smells good.

3. Not shampoo-ing for 2-3 days. I researched about it and apparently it's bad when you shampoo often because you strip your head of the oils it needs. Sometimes, there may be an effect that your scalp overproduces oil because shampooing everyday makes it too dry. Some people think it's weird, but I just use conditioner everyday and it's great. My hair doesn't smell bad or anything.

totoo nga na pag hindi ka madalas magshampoo mas ok yun state ng hair. dati kasi wala naman ako problem sa dry hair dahil minsan once a week lang ako magshampoo unlike ngayon almost everyday

so i gave up bonacure na. hindi ko sya bet for my hair  nakipag trade na lang ako with my friend sa verdon aloe nya haha mahal ng bili nya 250 anyways kalahati naman na yun kanya. mas ok effect saken ng verdon. no more hairfall kasi sa laylayan ko na lang nilgay

hiyangan lang talaga.

Shampoo free for 2-3 days? Dipende yan sa hair type :) Ako kasi oily hair at nageexercise pa everyday kaya puro 'dirt' yung buhok ko at the end of the day. Kaya every other day ako magshampoo. Pati its better ata to use clarifying shampoo at least once a week.

Pero yun nga, sabi nga less washing the better, so tinry ko.

Been using skin food's egg hair pack, super ok siya and mabango. Alternate ko gamit with Venus & mars' deep conditioning treatment, I don't really dig the scent of this one but the cooling effect is superb! :)

hahaha ang gross ko pala dati. pero totoo talaga mga sis minsan sa isang linggo lang ako mag shampoo dati kasi nga rebonded hair ko. so wala ak problem sa dry or friziness. then one time sabi ng officemate ko nun nabanggit ko yun kadiri daw haha gulat  na gulat sya. dahil sa kanya nagsshampoo na ko every other day.

but that time umaabot ng year and half ganda ng hair ko galing sa rebond ngayon months palang wala na.

I think yung hindi pag wash ng hair doesn't mean naman na totally you don't wash it..ako I don't shampoo my hair everyday, pero i condition it naman..and depende yan sa type ng hair, pag oily hair mo it's ok to shampoo everyday pero pag dry recommended na to shampoo once or twice a week..
